Mixture of teachings and theories from SW, based on psychology and also the Advaita teachings of Nisargadatta. Although there are some useful bits in here, which mostly stem from Nisargadatta's direct teachings, I found the bulk of the work to be heavy, laden with jargon and concepts, and largely unusable. This isn't such a surprise (coming from SW). I felt by the end that I was actually led deeper into a trance, rather than being woken from the trance. Only the most dedicated will likely get through this completely.

It is a pretty dry and boring book, but it is also loaded with gems. This book is mainly for the most earnest spiritual seeker. I listened to the audio book and Stephen Wolinsky was great a great narrator. However, if I am to read this again - I'll read the paperback and just highlight the important eye-opening sections.
