Childhood friends find eachother later in life and both fall first/immiedatly when he's a cop and she's the daugher of a jailed mob boss. This book was ok.. I thought it would be better for how it was talked about but it was just a little too basic of writing. I mean it was simplcity as in "she walked to the door. he opened the door for her. he smiled at her." kind of simple. the storyline was cute-ish but predictable. The spice was also non-existant/used childish words. I won't re-read or continue on with the series.
