It's America's Test Kitchen so it is utterly fabulous! I need this one for my own use because honestly, the recipes are fabulous and legit recipes. It also has all the tips about why you salt high, how to cut different herbs, the difference between a chop and a dice
But it's a balance because they are also foods kids will eat and try. But it's not a cookbook where how to make peanut butter and jelly is a key recipe ;)
Highlights are: Chocolate Pastry Puffs Chili Lime Tropical Trail Mix Caramelized Onion Dip Loaded Nachos Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps Spiced Red Lentil Soup Sizzling Beef Lettuce Wraps Instant Mashed Potato Gnocchi Lowcountry Red Rice
Has recipes for kids(or grownups) of all experience levels and great technique videos linked via QR code. My kids enjoyed picking a recipe to try when we checked it out from the library.
