A very quick read. It is a simple storyline with predictable plot. There is a lot of prayers and talk of trusting God. I liked the book but it seemed flat to me. There were a few places that seemed to skip information also. I checked to make sure I didn’t miss something. Like suddenly Gracie opens the door to Kathleen. After she was just talking to someone. There is no mention of a knock or time lapse. Just suddenly she is opening the door. I think I will read the other books from this series when I need something easy and light. I recommend it if you want an uncomplicated comfort story with a happy ending.

This book was very sweet. It was indeed a cozy mystery but a bit too 'cozy' for me. I'm used to a big mystery and lots of sleuthing going on. This was a rather small mystery and very little sleuthing. All in all - for a lightweight cozy mystery - it was cute.

Another good Christian mystery, filled with a good dose of faith-building truths. I was guessing until the end how this one would turn out!
