Well, I'm officially all caught up on One Piece. It's sad because I will have to wait along with everybody else weekly for new chapters. But it'll also be kind of nice to speculate now that I've read everything that's out thus far. Thank you Oda for writing something so Epic and wonderful, keep at it.

I am officially all caught up on One Piece now. This is bittersweet. I can finally move on and read other books but I am going to miss waking up with an urge to catch up with the Straw Hat crew. Now, I will have to wait for the weekly releases *sigh*.

luffy asked momonosuke to bite down on kaido (both in dragon form)
perospero and jack the drought were knocked out by neko and inu respectively.
when roger and whitebeard fought, the heavens split open. and it did for luffy and kaido’s fight. the island is starting to collapse as the flame clouds are becoming unstable. is kaido weakening?
if kaido were to lose, wano an unaffiliated country with the world government will be placed under their control. the ships are already heading to wano. they want nico robin alive.
momonosuke needs to head back to the skull dome since the massive amory underneath it contains countless explosives. if the island were to truly fall, the destruction was be more intensive.
sanji’s latent powers as a germa 66 is starting to awaken? somehow he started feeling weird ever since he wore the germa 66 suit. now, he crushed the suit and told zoro that if he’s not in his right mind after fighting queen, zoro needs to kill him.
killer cut off hawkins’ left arm since kid doesn’t have his anymore, and so, killer was able to remove the straw doll from hawkins’ severed arm, releasing kid from hawkins’ influence. since kid’s straw doll is the last doll, hawkins had nowhere/nobody else to direct his injuries to.
kinemon requested law to sever his body again so that he could get people to save his comrades in the room. meanwhile, he overhears kanjuro and orochi talking. Kanjuro turned into kazenbo
komurasaki appeared at the room beside orochi.
king is a remnant of the extinct lunarians, in the distant past, they were known as gods. it’ll be a tough fight for zoro. blacksmith shimotsuki kozaburo was kuina’s grandfather.
queen is using germa 66 moves on sanji but sanji still knocked out queen~~~
zoro unveiled king’s face! king was saved by kaido from the experiments because of his race. his name used to be arber, but kaido gave him the name “king”.

first off! gotta say the killer moments were amazing. glad to see more of kids crew and how they interact and killer had great moments in wano. love seeing the truly start of this kid and law vs big mom battle LIKE LOVE THE TEAM UP. but SANJI V QUEEN AND ZORO V KING. sanji's fight amazing. it has been "his arc" like the past few arcs and its been amazing. WHEN HIS FUCKING EYEBROWS FLIPPED DIRECTIONS and OFC my goat would never hurt a woman. ZORO V KING THO OMGGGGG omg king is a beautiful BEAUTIFUL man but.... zoro built different. got that king coc and everything. luffy, law, kid - the rest is up to you

O sea, después de capítulos anteriores, donde varios personajes habían tenido su momento de gloria y se habían sacrificado por lo que creían y toda la escena había sido muy emotiva, ahora, justificándolo con una tontería, resulta que siguen vivos. Oda, por favor, ¿puedes matar a alguien YA?
Ese nefasto capítulo arruina demasiadas cosas y hace que le dé esta baja nota a todo el tomo.
Por lo demás, combates y más combates, que se disfrutan más dependiendo de quiénes se enfrenten.
Kaidô y Luffy siguen a tope.
Kid y Law también, aunque se han sacado habilidades nuevas un poco por la cara, pero bueno.
Que el CP0 se ponga en movimiento es algo que me ha gustado.
Queen me hace gracia porque es ridículo, pero Sanji me ha agotado con tanto drama.
Los mejores sin duda han sido Killer, Zoro y King.
El combate de Killer, desgraciadamente, solo dura un capítulo, pero en él se plasma de manera ejemplar la relación de colegas, de hermanos, que este tiene con su capitán. Los adoro.
Y qué digo de Zoro y King, los salvadores de este tomo...
Bravo, Oda, por el tremendo diseño de King sin máscara 😍
Bravo por introducir en la historia a la raza Lunarian.
Bravo por Zoro pensando en Kuina y Luffy y su relación con sus katanas.
Bravo por el miniflashback de King sobre cómo conoció a Kaidô y que nos muestra a este en una faceta reconocible pero totalmente distinto del actual Kaidô, que confío en que se desarrolle en un futuro flashback.

i love seeing more of the other member of the worst generation. law had his arc in dressrosa and here in wano we have kidd and killer, who after going through a lot finally have a great moment. i often like characters for their design and that's always been the case with killer. however, after his fight against hawkins, which is now one of my favorite scenes, i've grown to appreciate him more. i'm expecting kidd will still have a role to play against big mom so i'm looking forward to that

WANO COUNTRY ARC - PART 12
1. luffy is the best hypeman, i really cannot wait for his power to awaken, it's gonna be insanely cool. people get things done, because he believes in them, and he gets all the belief back. when his power snaps, it's gonna be so good.
2. god, i hate the government and god, i hate apoo. I FUCKING HATE APOO. THIS MIOTHERFUCKER CAN DIE FOR ALL I CARE
3. hawkins is such a despicable piece of shit, the way he fights is so dishonourable, using other people's lives to force his enemies' hands
4. LAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW AND HIS SHOCKWAVE FROM THE INSIDE WOOFWO OFOWOFOWFOF OOWOFOOFO WOOOF
5. wait, those three numbers with apoo - are they the daimyos who were imprisoned alongside yamato?
6. orochi is braindead. sending a huge flame spectre to the basement, where the explosives are - that will make the whole of onigashima explode??? you and your riches included?? it won't just destroy the kozuki bloodline, but also your own????
7. i love how these fights challenge both, zoro and sanji, not just in their ideology but also their skills, forcing them to overcome even more. sanji winning against queen, who kept objectifying him as the product of judge's experiments rather than seeing him as a person who has ambitions and reasons to overcome adversity, and him accepting who he is, and that he is in charge of his destiny: this is why he is one of luffy's wings.

zoro calling luffy his captain and his best friend actually has the same energy as zoro telling sanji not to die before he can kill him himself… these statements are basically a confession of his undying love and admiration for both of them :’) and sanji defeating his enemies but still making time to save a lil mouse, ugh i love him sm ♡

So I've finally caught up with everything published. It's a bitter-sweet victory as now I'll have to wait on a weekly basis for new chapters, and even months (a year?) until I can get my hands on a printed copy. And can I just add how Oda's style has improved over the years? Great ink drawings, detailed, yet they look like they've been drawn with ease. The storyline thickens, it's new, fresh, and exciting! I'm glad to be alive. :)

Volume 102: Chapter 1026-1035
Saga 10: Wano Country
Arc 31: Wano Country
Luffy and Kaido exchange attack until the sky is splitting. Yamato and Momonosuke fly under the Onigashima to stop it from reaching Flower Capital. World Government will annex the independent of Wano Country. The armadas were sent to Wano. CP0 also have a mission to capture Nico Robin.
At live floor, Sanji still fighting Queen. Queen transformed into his alternate form, Brachiosaur-Hiss. He coiled Sanji and broke all Sanji's bones. Queen swung his sword to Sanji's neck but the sword is broken. Queen remembered that Judge is making a more durable human, with an accelerated healing factor, enhanced physical strength and hearts of ice. Sanji is slowly become what his father created. Sanji destroyed the Raid Suit as he doesn't want to be like his brothers. Queen can used all Sanji's siblings abilities. Sanji unlocks new move, Ifrit Jambe to defeat Queen.
Zoro is still fighting King. Zoro managed to crack King's mask but it is not enough. He tried to figure out how to defeat King. King is one of the extinct tribe, Lunarian who lived on the Red Line long years ago. In a mid-fight, Zoro lose control of the Enma as the sword keep sucking his Haki. Zoro remembered about sone old geezer from his childhood who is also Kuina's grandfather, Shimotsuki Kozaburo. He was the one who make Wado Ichimonji and Enma. He named Enma based on the lord of the underworld. Zoro knows King's weakness; when the flame on the back is out, King is faster but weaker. When the flame on the back is lit, King is slower but invincible. Zoro managed to destroy King's whole mask. King characteristics are dark brown skin, white hair and black wing; the appearances of the Lunarian. Long years ago, he was an experiment subject at Punk Hazard. Kaido released him and asked him to be his right-hand man. King real name is Arber.
Kidd was disturbed while fighting with Big Mom. Hawkins infused himself with Kidd's straw doll that will inflict all damage to back to Kidd. Killer cuts Hawkins' left arm and no damage inflicted to Kidd as Kidd have no left arm. Killer defeated Hawkins. Kidd and Law vs. Big Mom resume. Kidd and Law awaken their devil fruits. Big Mom used soul pocus to pull the other people's soul. She also used 1 year of her life span to boost her strength.
Usopp, Nami and Otama meet with Kin'emon below half running for help. Usopp heads to Kin'emon place to help him and Kiku. Kanjuro who is barely alive received order from Orochi who is still alive. Kanjuro make a fire demon, Kazenbo. It's purposed is to destroy the armory and resulting to the explosion of Onigashima. Yamato try to stop the Kazenbo.
The masked CP0 chase Brook and Robin. Orochi hear a shamisen playing. He found out that Komurasaki played that shamisen.

This review is going to feel repetitive with my last few reviews of One Piece’s Wano arc volumes. It still has the problems I’ve been having since the start of the Wano climax: every few pages of a fight there’s a switch to another fight that’s ongoing elsewhere and it really breaks up the momentum of each one and the overall conflict (I honestly have forgotten where specifically the Straw Hats and Scabbards are running to in the mansion). Then there’s more lore being dropped about the franchise at inopportune times (King’s status as an angelic God the World Government is interested in would mean more if it wasn’t tacked onto his fight with Zoro). Likewise there’s more death fakeouts which means One Piece deaths are becoming as meaningless as a superhero death in DC or Marvel comics.
Still the volume had some things going for it like Luffy and Kaido splitting the heavens with the first blow of their next round of fighting (and thereby helping the Minks in their own fights). Likewise it was cool how the Killer vs Hawkins fight was resolved (even if I otherwise don't care about the general fights between non-Straw Hats and World Government or Animal Kingdom Pirates). The thing I liked most about the volume was how we both got extended sequences about Sanji and Zoro in their fights coming to terms with their abilities and backgrounds. I think I preferred Sanji’s story just because it ties in with his issues with his shitty family and rejecting the power they gave him and vowing to be his usual self. Zoro’s was less interesting mostly because it felt like his backstory’s connections to Wano felt tacked on a bit. But it was fun seeing him figuring out his sword’s intentions for him and sweet hearing him affirm his friendship with Luffy.
There’s a few other cool things as well (two dragons fighting each other was as epic as you imagine (especially as one is getting over his childhood trauma/fear of the villainous one) so the volume slowly edged over to the good ranking instead of being frustratingly decent. At this point though and I’m in the minority but Wano just isn’t doing it for me despite it supposedly being so key to One Piece’s overall mythology.

I’ve officially caught up with everything published!! I’m gonna miss being able to binge read the volumes, but I’m also excited to see what’s coming up next! Zoro and Sanji’s fights really seemed to be the center of this volume and I gotta say it’s definitely some of their best fighting. I’m worried about Sanji, but I know whatever it is, he’ll make it through. King takes off his mask and he’s actually really handsome, but still an enemy so I am actively praying on his downfall lol. A great conclusion to both Sanji’s and Zoro’s fights. I also really liked getting a reminder to Zoro’s origin since we haven’t seen that in a really long time.
