Life is such a wonderful gift. What happens, happens. And then we are gone... ~Jiminy Cricketx Pinocchio

I absolutely love Guillermo Del Toro's work so I knew I had to watch his rendition of Pinocchio. This movie and book about the making of Pinocchio were both outstanding! Stop motion animation is otherworldly. And the messages from the film are so powerful!

I can't wait to see the exhibit at Moma!

An indepth and wonderful study of Guillermo Del Toro's most personal movie after his recent "Frankenstein" . The level of detail and work that went into the production of "Pinocchio" is breathing, taking. Once you've finished reading this book, it will only make you appreciate the movie even more.
