Another wonderful book from Shirley Raye Readmond! Brave Animal Stories for kids is perfect for family read alouds and good for discussions. We regularly read them at dinner because our four year old and eighteen year old both request another story.

This was a pretty good book about animal heroes but some of the animals weren’t really heroes but just kind animals. I would have rather read about animal heroes.
