A grumpy biker and a single mother. Both need a second chance.
I met Neveah Jakes over her baseball bat. She’s protecting her son and RV.
I’m the big-tatted biker living on my Tennessee mountain. A loner by choice.
The beauty and her kid get under my skin, and I want more.
I want her. I want them.
But can I have her and my demons too?
This September, 18 of your favorite authors take you to the mountains of Haven, Tennessee. This small town is known for its wild times, alpha men, and the Dirty Sinners MC—a group of rowdy hellraising bikers who don’t have a problem getting their hands dirty in order to do good. Crime, passion, and the forbidden temptation of love will push them all to the line.
Will they ride through life craving soulmates as their penance for the crimes they’ve committed? Or can a Dirty Sinner be saved?
Ja’Nese Dixon pens tales of romance in various subgenres. But her favorites are the ones that manage to keep readers sitting on the edge of their seats lying to themselves about reading “just one more chapter”.
She is an avid reader and coffee drinker, who also loves to run, cook, and craft. Her ultimate goal as a writer is to give you a little “staycation” with every story.

This is a short story with strong likable characters and an entertaining storyline. I loved Nevaeh's spunk and strength and Preach's protectiveness toward both Nevaeh and her young son Jonah. The author brings anxiety and fear, danger and a bit of violence along with their chemistry and romance. The story moves quickly and smoothly with perfectly painted scenes and is a great addition to the Dirty Sinners series.

Love a good love story! I fell in love with these characters, they were like two sides of the same coin each needing one another to grow! This author did it again and I loved every word of it!!! 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽
This is a good book, and it’s written well, the dialogue is believable and the characters are likable, my only issue is that there are a lot comments and references of religious specificity and that can alienate readers who are not of that religious faith. I don’t mind reading about characters having faith, or even having specific faith, but the way this is written it quickly begins to feel like propaganda and not literature. I know the name of the book is Preach, but this isn’t the first biker mc book titled Preach, nor is this the first biker character named Preach, it’s a pretty standard biker call sign, and very few of them are actually religious, though some are. Even in the books where the MMC was a priest, such as Teresa Wolf’s Preach You, there is discussion of the religion without it feeling like the author is trying to convert me.
5 ⭐️s= Perfect story, exciting, engrossing, well developed complex characters, solid plot with few to no holes, descriptive environments and place settings, great mystery elements, realistic dialogue, believable reactions and behaviors, loved this story so much I’d buy it.
4 ⭐️s= Great story, highly entertaining and enjoyable, exciting storyline, well developed characters and settings, a few discrepancies but nothing that can’t be overlooked. Believable actions and reactions, realistic dialogue, a book I would consider buying.
3 ⭐️s= Good but not great story, noticeable discrepancies, grammatical and or spelling errors, undeveloped characters or unbelievable behaviors but still readable. Nothing majorly wrong with the story, just not interesting enough for me to continue. Would not buy the book.
2 ⭐️s= Not offended by the story, but not interested enough to finish. Unbelievable characters, poor writing, many mistakes, big holes or discrepancies, many spelling or grammatical errors, characters not believable, unlikeable or TSTL.
1 ⭐️= Offensive, extremely poor writing, horrible characters, victimization, gaslighting, blatant abuse, unnecessary violence, child endangerment, or any other highly objectionable behaviors by Main characters. Would never buy this book, and do not recommend it to anyone.

Heaven spelled backwards, Nevaeh was living a life of hell. On the run trying to get away from an abusive ex-husband, trying to protect her child and herself. When a breakdown on the side of a mountain that she was trying to get around led her to a grouchy bear. That turned out to be a good man. A man that understood what she was going through and wanted to save her. To help her. To show her love and remind her that she was beautiful, even though her ex had torn her down, he wanted to rebuild her. He showed her kindness and patience, giving her space to find her footing. He wanted her, even if she didn't know if she wanted him. He was waiting, until she didn't want to wait any longer and the rest was history. Another good grumpy dirty sinner that turned out to be a sexy brooding... Husband and father. Loved his protectiveness for a woman and child he had just met. Down another.
When Nevaeh didn't receive the support of her parents to leave her abusive husband, she took it upon herself. She chose to be single than submit her son to his father's abusive actions. When her RV stalls out a biker comes to her rescue. Preacher takes one look at Nevaeh and knows that she is running from danger but there is a profound connection between them as well. As their relationship grows stronger Preacher knows that she and her son is his second chance. Will Nevaeh take the chance Preacher is offering and will it lead them both to a second chance for happiness? This touching story had me in their corner!

This story made me smile, I mean I couldn’t stop smiling ☺️ it was that great. When you come from abuse, and you wonder if all mean our assholes. Some explained it to me like this; God has that special someone for us, and when we choose someone else, or we beg God to let us have this person that is so wrong for us. Guess what God loves 💕us so much that he let us have a choice. That person doesn’t wait around, God bless them to someone else. And if we our strong enough to leave that abusive person, sometimes we’re bless to get another chance with God bringing a mate. That’s what this story made me think 🤔 and pray for, I would love a protector, someone to hold me at night and be the man, not me.
This is the story of Nevaeh and her son JoJo who left her husband Justin when he started taking his anger out on their son. It was bad enough that he was abusing her when everyone thought he was this great guy from the outside looking in. So, she and her son had been on the road until her RV she had bought for her and her son to travel and live in had broken down in front of Preacher's property. She and Preacher eventually act on the attraction between them. Preacher had also experienced abuse not him but his mother by the hands of her husband, who eventually killed her. This was a good story and made me want to read other stories about the MC the Dirty Sinners. I loved Ja'Nese Dixon I love her stories. This was a Good Read.
Nevaeh is running away from her ex and doing her best to keep her son safe. Returning to the only place that could be called home, the RV she was in broke down.
Preach was on the way back home after handling a job for the MC and saw the RV close to his home. When he approached, Preach was met with a strong woman and a bat.
Preach and Nevaeh's story is a fast read of finding love, peace and trust. They were able to understand each other as they had similar back stories. The care and passion between them pulls you into the tale from the start.

This is truly a beautiful story of two people +Jonah, their instant connection and his instant protective instincts! Nevaeh parents didn't support her when she wanted to leave her abusive husband, so she did it herself, she would do anything to protect her son. Her RV breaks down and when her rescuer Peach stops to help, he is greeted with a feisty woman and a baseball bat! He takes one look at her and knows that she is running from danger. This is their second chance for happiness, will they both grab it with both hands?.

Jonah (Preach) was a man alone but not. He was the road man for his MC. He was a product of his family. He was a product of his chosen life. He was more than Neveah felt she deserved. She was at a point in life she had to make sure she was clear. And there was JoJo. He was her whole world. And in a short amount of time they became the whole world to Preach. He would do what he had to to protect his family
This is a short in a full set of reads by various authors about various couple in this MCs family. Each have a different road to take to their HEA.

Nevaeh is on the run with her son Jonah. But she's in an old RV, broke down on the side of the road when Jonah "Preach" happens upon her. She only has a bat to protect her child, but she's going to go down swinging if it comes to that. Preach doesn't give her much choice, rescuing her and her son. Then he ghosts for a month. Now he's back, and things are heating up. But she's not safe from her past yet, and it's coming for her.
This book bounces around some. As in, time passes without acknowledgement, and it can be confusing.
This is a standalone story in this multi author series. Neveah Jakes is trying to get away from her abusive ex. She and her son Jonah are stranded on the side of the road in her broken down RV. When a motorcycle riding tough guy pulls up to help she warns him away with her bat. Until he takes it away from her. Then calls his buddies and rescues her. Their attraction is instant but Neveah is reluctant to get involved again. Can he win her over as easily as he does her son? Will she take a chance with her heart? This is a fast paced short Novella with lots of heart and steam and a Happily Ever After.
Nevaeh and her son on are the run from her abusive husband when her RV breaks down on the side of the road and a biker named Preacher comes to her rescue. I loved the way the author brought Nevaeh and Preacher together and how protective he was over her and her son. The story is great, the characters are likable, and I was cheering them on to get their happily ever after. Preach is part of the multi-author Dirty Sinners series and I look forward to reading the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
Nevaeh finds her true love in a big bad biker. They both have issues, having been abused, but that doesn't stop them from letting their feelings show. A generally good story with an adorable little boy who shares Preach's given name and a really smart dog named Duchess. The ending could have been better flushed out though. After all, he vanquished her demon. There could have been a little more pomp and circumstance. The editing also could have been much better. Punctuation issues, missing / wrong words, etc.
I am loving each of the Dirty Sinners as they are unique in their own way but United in their brotherhood and possessive devotion to their partners. Preach didn’t realize the missing whole inside of him was for the ready made family that found their way onto his mountain road. I loved following this journey with them.

Nevaeh had done everything to keep her son Jonah safe, divorcing her husband and going on the run setting up home in a little RV, that's broken down at the side of the mountain. When Preach comes to their aid. Preach is drawn to Nevaeh but he can tell she has a past, that hits close to home for him. This story is short, fast paced and is engaging to read.

....I really, really like this series and I love the characters in this book, Preach, Nevaeh, Jonas and Dutchess are all great characters with strong, likeable personalities and a good plot. But the whole book is littered with typos, missing words, incorrect words, the list goes on with each new page, and this makes it really frustrating to read and a little disappointing. I read this on Kindle Unlimited.
Nevaeh has been on the run with her son Jo-Jo for years. When she breaks down on the side of the road on Preach’s mountain, what starts off with her swinging her bat at him results in a second chance for both of them. A generally exciting and enjoyable read, though it could have used a bit more description to make it more fulsome. Another Dirty Sinner, another short and sweet story.
This is the first book in this series that I have read, and it can easily be read as a standalone. This is a quick and yet intense read, and could stand to be turned into a full length novel. Great character work, the main characters are all nicely three dimensional, and endearing in their own ways. Domestic violence is a theme present throughout, and the difficulties of moving past this and grief. Well written, this is fast paced, and had me engaged. Good read.
Nevaeh is on the run, with her little boy, from her abusive ex. When Preach finds her at the base of his mountain. It brings back memories of his past and he vows to protect her. Will he be able to keep her safe when her ex tracks her down? Can they find a happy future together? This is a good book and the little boy is simply adorable!.

Nevaeh was on the run with her son from her abusive ex husband. Her RV broke down and Preach came to her rescue. Sweet, steamy, fun story. Both Preach and Nevaeh had tragic, painful pasts. They helped each other move on. Emotional read with fantastic chemistry, a big protective biker hero and a beautiful HEA.

Overall, this was a pretty good book. I liked Preach and Nevaeh together, and enjoyed their story. The part about Preach's mom I didn't like, so that kept it from being a five star. I also was a little disappointed, because there were a few scenes I would have liked more detail and depth to, specifically when Preach found her at the end. Still, it was pretty good, and I did like it.

This is a Dirty Sinners MC story for Preach and Neveah Jakes. This one was a great short story with a happily ever after. I loved reading about how Preach and Neveah meet and fall in love. I loved the little bit of danger Neveah has and how Preach handles it. I loved Neveah's son too he was super cute.

I absolutely loved the newest book in the Dirty Sinners MC series. Neveah is such a force and will do anything to start over and keep her son safe. Preach meets her and instantly feels protective of her and Jonah Every author has written amazing books and yall make us continue to love this series.
A woman and her child are hiding in their broken down RV along the road when a biker drives by. This story is of redemption, repair and connection. There are missing words but there is enough content that it’s easy to figure out what is being communicated.

After an interesting introduction to Nevaeh and Preach, the premise of the story was good but I didn't feel the romantic connection between them and I was put off slightly as the story needed editing (mixing up the present / past tenses, using the wrong word).

Neveah and her son, Jonah, are on the side of the road, the RV broke down, when she hears a rumbling. She grabs her bat when a lone biker comes to a stop. Preach takes in the beauty with a bat and wants to help her, keep the two of them safe from what they are running from.
This is short and sweet story.

This is a fairly short, quick and fast paced read with a touch a danger and fear. The story is about Nevaeh, who is escaping an abusive relationship with her son. She and her son, Jonah, are moving away when their motorhome breaks down. Preacher approaches on his bike and is met by a crazy lady with a bat. This is a fun and entertaining read. I like the characters!
