Gabriel Sanchez has never wanted women at Outlaw Ridge. An expert tracker and operative, all he cares about is the mission. Women mean mates, and then cubs, and suddenly dedicated, focused soldiers turn into soft sappy romantics and Little League coaches.
Not him. No way.
Then Madison Fontaine comes to work at Outlaw Ridge, and suddenly all bets are off. Something inside her calls to his wolf—and no matter how much Sanchez might fight it, he can’t seem to stay away.
Then he learns that her ruthless, powerful family already has a mate picked out for Madison, and they sure as hell won’t give up a valuable alliance for an outlaw burnout like him. Has the fiercest, grumpiest, most terrifying outlaw of all found a battle he can’t win?
Another 5⭐️ read from Anastasia Wilde ! Loved everything about Chased !! The characters, the storyline ! The mix of new and old ! Great paranormal romance !! 5✨’s
I absolutely love this author's books I've been anticipating Sanchez’s story and I'm not dissapointed.
CHASED is the third installment in Anastasia Wilde's fantastic series "The Outlaw Wolves". This series is as well written as her other books with never a boring moment. There is lots of interesting characters, twists and turns, steamy romance that will keep the pages turning.
Outlaw wolves are tough. scary and not afraid of a fight, but they are also a caring, funny, prank pulling and most of all a loyal group of guys, especially when their unexpected mate arrives needing help.
This is an intense, action packed story showing how easy true love can turn a broken wolf into a puppy dog. This is especially true about a tough, don't give a s#!!t, wolf like Sanchez. The only people he cares about are his two cousins and maybe Cookie Baby. That is until he meets Madison. She's on the run from a maliciously evil fox and his family. She won't be forced marriage into a hateful mating, but those foxes are coming for her.
This series just keeps getting better and there are so many broken wolves that still need to find their own happy future. I am so looking forward to the next story, hopefully soon.
Get ready for another adventure about this pack of misfit and broken wolves. Fir better enjoyment, I suggest starting with "Stolen", a short and intense prequel that sets the stage for all the who, what, why's surrounding Outlaw Ridge.
I did receive an advanced copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "CHASED" (OUTLAW WOLVES) This story hooked me from the start I've been waiting for Sanchez one of the Hounds stories it didn't disappoint so full of intrigue, humor, steam, angst, action, pranks, danger, suspense, abuse, twists that make this a real page turner. Gabriel Sanchez was immediately taken with the crazy woman in Samantha's story after arguing with Cisco about Butterfingers he startled her do much she knocked over lavender oils covering her in jives she was as highly allergic Sanchez step up immediately to protect & care for her. Sanchez & Madison's story will have you melting his grumpy surface attitude her being able to bring out his protective softer side their story was such an amazing delightful read I loved her fluffy bunny who called herself Vixen & her comments were hilarious. I definitely recommend to get this well written story when secrets are revealed things get a little dicey, all the characters from previous stores added to this one to make it even more interesting, Boomer always trying to pull off pranks, will Henri Levesque find her what will happen if he does you must get this book to see all what happens. I'm so looking forward to the next book in this amazing series "IGNITED" it'll be "BOOMER'S" story one I can't wait to read who will take him down it can't come soon enough. THIS WAS A PHENOMINAL MUST HAVE BOOK!!!!
What a greatly entertaining read. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the trouble making Gabriel Sanchez meet his mate and finding out so much more about him. He wasn’t as bad as we believed. The fact his mate was a prey shifter was just too amusing for words. Madison was amazingly quirky and to me brave. To run, with no idea of what was in the future was brave. To stand one’s ground when cornered is gutsy. I felt sorry that all of Gabriel and Madison’s planning was thwarted. But the horrors of being a female lapin, there are no words to describe the douchiness of male Renards. I know I’m using crazy words here (so no spoilers) but you need to read the book to understand. Cisco and Mateo were so sweetly apologetic for their honest mistake, in their very weird, unsociable style way and really need to find their mates too. I laughed at Sanchez going all alpha and making them all sniff a blanket. I just wanted those referees who enabled and abetted the Renards by their ignoring a females opinion and choices, and the mercenaries who partook in hunting Madison down, punished. Let’s hope the shifter council sort that whole depraved lot of Renards out, for good. But Thanatos had the final say, so that was great. This is my honest review of this book which I read through kindle unlimited.
OMG Ms Wilde how can you keep doing this? This is yet another book that has made me cry and then laugh out loud, it kept me on the edge of my seat biting my nails, reading this latest instalment of the Outlaw Wolves. Sanchez has been a favourite of mine during the previous books and I was pleased for him to get his story told. He's a snarky, badass wolf who knows he and his cousins are the best trackers there are! He's a part of the team of operatives, that searches and deals with the "bad guys" but he doesn't consider himself a hero, in fact, he thinks of himself as a monster, a monster that is socially inept. Madison is on the run, a rabbit shifter who is expected to endure a forced mating with an obnoxious, entitled fox shifter. She's got a month's trial at The Ridge, as an administrative assistant, but she hasn't told them that she's a rabbit shifter, as she needs the job to hide from the foxes. This was, as always from Anastasia, an emotional roller coaster of a read, thoroughly enjoyable and well worth reading. I thoroughly recommend this book and the previous books in the series.
I liked Madison’s character, Sanchez too. Not sure the chemistry was altogether there between them, felt like there was some relationship building missing. Surrounding characters were good. Now the cliche How is it that it took Sanchez and is pack so long to track and find the people after her? Owls were sent out to fly, yet all this unrealistic time goes by when Sanchez felt something was wrong and acted immediately? His pack is supposed to be the best and they were in their own territory! And why were there multiple Renards out there with a bunch of mercenaries? That took up all the others going out there time. It made no sense. Sanchez arrived alone, but not until after Madison was hurt. Where were Sanchez’s two cousins? Sick of convenience writing, always cliche. Knocked off 2 stars for the story derailing from previously established story details and having this occurring. Sorry, the Calvary definitely should have shown up BEFOREHAND. With how the scene played out, it made a liar of previously written description of the pack’s competence.
Leader of Outlaw Ridge’s trackers, the Hound sub-team, Gabriel Sanchez is annoyed with everything lately. His cousin’s dependency on him, the happy-happy joy-joy feelings at the base, opening the base to outsiders and not just any outsiders, female ones making his wolf want things he can never have, like a female of his own so they could have those feelings.
Hybrid shifter Madison Fontaine knew two things. One: no way was she going through with her arranged mating and two: ready or not she had to run. Fibbing on her application for the admin job in a wolf pack, Madison didn’t believe she’d get the job but she did and she’s stunned into desperate action despite her animal actually being prey not predator.
Sanchez has no clue why his wolf wants to protect the pretty fox, but he’s committed. Learning Madison’s actual animal kicks that up a notch. When Sanchez finds out Madison’s enclave has no intention of letting her go, he pulls out all the stops calling up all the resources he has any hope of getting. Rating: 4.25stars
WOW this is such a unique and awesome set of stories! Each one tells a great story which makes each one a awesome, unique and exciting. It's full of romantic chemistry and sizzling hot passion with characters that are awesome, and oh my the passion just burns up the pages with chemistry thats sizzling hot. The ladies are independent but lovable and men makes you want to melt. This series always gives you such a pleasurable experience that you will definitely enjoy them all. They are so believable and captivating that you will want to read them more than once. It's a great love affair that makes you smile at the happy couple you are reading about. I really enjoyed reading this story it's written with such extraordinary imagination that makes them a pleasurable and beautiful experience to read. If I could I would give them ten stars because they are for sure worth five stars.
CHASED is the third book in this wonderful series. I really love this author’s books as they are full of excitement and humour, intriguing characters, and plenty of plot twists and steamy romance.
Outlaw wolves are tough. scary and not afraid of a fight, but we are now starting to see that they also have a caring, protective side… along with the fun and prank pulling, but most of all they are a loyal group.
This is an intense, action packed story focused on Sanchez, a wolf most think is part of a crazy trio with no room for delicate or deeper feelings. When he meets Madison he shows just how wrong everyone, including himself, was about his capacity to care.
This series just keeps getting better and better, I cannot wait for the next story about one of these damaged, but definitely not broken wolves.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
Gabriel Sanchez or just Sanchez raised his two cousins after their parents were killed. They are wolf shifters and work for Outlaw Ridge Security. They go where most can't or won't. They are the best trackers around. Madison is part fox part rabbit shifter but only can shift into a rabbit. Her family is rich and believe women should be seen but not heard. They have sold her off to a jerk and expect her to mate with him. She gathers a suitcase and escapes. Madison has gotten a job out east and goes to hide from her family. She lied on her application and said she was a fox shifter. Sanchez and Madison meet in a grocery store. Madison is late to start her job because her car broke down and she had to walk. Sanchez takes her to Outlaw Ridge but he knows there is something different about her. He has the urge to protect her and make her happy. But her "fiancee" wants her and will do anything to get what he wants.
I loved this story! I don't believe I have read this author before and I enjoyed it. I giggled and couldn't put it down. Action. Sex. Pranks. Friends.
I love the Outlaw wolves they are so big and bad and tough that is until their fated mate arrives and then they turn to mush kicking and screaming all the way With Sanchez been one of the most angry wolf with a chip on his shoulder about females you just know he is going to fall fast and hard and the funny thing is his ate is one o the softest sweetest shifters around but she has a core of steel that is the perfect foil for her tough as nails man. We also get to see Sanchez's interaction with the two cousins he raised which shows yet another side to this rough tough wolf and who can forget is ability to stand up to Thanatos
Once again Anastasia has shown me why she is one of my favourite shifter writers and like always we get cameos from past characters and packs.
Madison is fleeing her archaic family & arranged marriage to an abusive Fox. She lucks out getting an admin job at Outlaw Ridge. The only issue, while she may be half fox/bunny ... her shifter form is Bunny (who goes by Vixen). She's willing to take the risk though, as it's her only shot at employment.
Sanchez is one of my favorite wolves! He's such a hard ass who's held what's left of his family together by sheer will. The moment he sees Madison, his protective instincts kick in. She's had a rough trip getting there, and a run in with Cisco has her falling into a lavender oil display (she's HIGHLY allergic). Sanchez helps her, and takes her to the Ridge.
I loved this story. Madison has to overcome her natural tendencies and is one tough bunny. Cisco & Mateo are dealing with abandonment issues with Sanchez's attraction to her. It's just a wonderful story.
Love reading about shifters especially wolves. Madison is a shifter but not a wolf. She needs to get away. This is her prison and brutal at that. She has to find a way. Well she found it. Get away she has. Just hope they will let her keep the job. She went into a store and 3 strange men came in also. She saw a candy bar and while reaching for it brushed up against a shelf and had stuff pored all over her. Oh God, she is allergic to lavender! One of the guys started helping her. WOW! Is this for real? Sanchez helps her. Why, not sure. He is not a good guy. But for some reason Madison makes him feel like helping her. What is up with that? Well folks, this could get real interesting. The big bad wolf may have met his match!
it’s nice to start a series and find each successive book is not only equal to the first, but surpasses it in some way. I’m very glad that in this book, Sanchez meets his mate. I’ll only say is Madison, but she has a surprise about her, and it’s quite ironic that Sanchez falls for her. The book is well thought out, and the plot moves along at a good clip. It follows the typical trope for a romance book: wolf meets girl, wolf gets girl, wolf loses girl, happy ending (you can substitute whatever species needed instead of wolf. This happens to be a wolf-shifter story).
I’d recommend this book (and series) to shifter lovers and romance lovers. Do yourself a favor and start at the beginning prequel book and work your way through.
I love Sanchez! And I am loving this series! This once all male military strong hold is slowly being infiltrated by the women that steal their hearts. This time it was Gabriel's turn. Gabriel has always been the strong protector but never saw himself that way until Madison came along. This beautiful bunny has had an abusive upbringing (that is normal for her little community) and she was brave enough to get out. One whiff of Madison and Sanchez was a goner. Cisco and Mateo are naughty wolves who need to learn to share but they are beautiful souls and the way the make it up to Madison ❤️. If you haven't started this series yet, get on it! You will not be disappointed!
I have had a soft spot for the 'Hounds' since the beginning. I just knew there was more to them than what was on the surface. Sanchez knew immediately he needed to, and wanted to, protect Madison. Well, she needed it. This will change both of their lives. Of course, for the better. Two people could not have made a better match. I loved their story. Cisco and Mateo were also great, even when they weren't. Familiar characters will show up and things will get a bit dicey. However, these two will find a HEA. And they deserve it. I really can't wait for Boomer's story. This is my voluntary review of an advanced copy I received.
I really loved reading this one, especially since this was one of the wolves that was so dead against ever having a mate or anything to do with being with a woman lol. But when it comes to Madison, Sanchez has no control, his wolf does, thankfully seeing what her animal is, very surprisingly. That bit really shocked me and his wolf was so strong about protecting her it was so sweet. But the way he does, woah, I'm pretty sure that was the part where hubby asked why I was crying over a book... Anyway, as with the others in this series, you will love it. I did. But this one really did have it coming to him, thankfully.
Wow, these two could not have been more opposites and they made a great pair! A wolf and a rabbit, Ms. Wilde was creative with this one. It was great seeing this final change in Sanchez. If you have read the previous two books, you can really see how far he has come. He was so hard and angry in the first book. Breanna softened him up a little in the second one. That was what he needed to prepare him for his rabbit mate. Madison was not a total weakling. Her rabbit like to call herself a fox,she is a hybrid, and that helped give her strength. I love the camaraderie within the pack and the Sanchez family. I look forward to the next book when Boomer gets a mate.
Chased is book 3 in the Outlaw Wolves series & focuses on Gabriel Sanchez & Madison Fontaine.
I loved this story! I really like how this author writes such descriptive, well written & entertaining stories. This one does not disappoint. Lots of twists & turns, shenanigans, romance & great characters that kept me entertained from beginning to end & left me wanting more! Sanchez is one of my favourites so I can never get enough of him.
If you’re looking for a new series give Outlaw Wolves a go, it won’t disappoint.
This can be read as a stand-alone, but it is even better when the stories are read in order. The story moves along fast with humor, action, suspense, and romance. The hero and heroine are so well developed that you feel like you know them. The secondary characters add so much humor! The author includes some twists to the story that I liked even better than what I was expecting! I can’t wait for the next story in the series!
My top shifter books, always read these as soon as they come out. Can't get enough and never long enough for me but I'm selfish and never want to say goodbye to the story. I love that it has old characters making appearances as I miss the other books.. Loved this storyline and loved the characters. I wish I could say it's my favourite but I love every single book.. I just wish there was more retribution to the foxes... Otherwise... Next please!!
OMG!! What an amazing series! Each story gets better! The characters are so awesome! So lifelike and unique! You fall in love and feel like you are part of their pack, family! Beautiful, brave, women, sassy and fierce fighting to survive! Broken heroes struggling to keep it together, fighting to free the innocent! Coming together to heal each other, protecting and defending them to death! Somehow finding true love along the way!
Who knew that Grumpy and grouchy Gabriel Sanchez would have a softer side? When he saw his friends fall to the softer emotions, he vowed to never let it happen to him. But... then Madison came along and his instincts called out for her. But can he overcome all of the roadblocks faced by having her in his life?
Awesome, all the stories in this series has been so very, very good. But I think I have found my special favorite. It's Sanchez, mister no women at the Ridge, Yadah, yadah, yadah. IT'S SANCHEZ it is a very special story. I loved it all, tears and laughs. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Every so often a story comes along that touches the heart. This one does it for me. Sanchez is my forever book hero and Madison is tops with her inner rabbit. The wolf pack is awesome and can show the world their strength. I loved the laughs and the cousins and even the battles. Reading Chased has left me all warm and cozy.
The third book in the Outlaw Wolves series. Gabriel Sanchez a werewolf and Madison Fontaine a rabbit shifter and their friends Matéo, Cisco, Dealer, Boomer, Dobe and Breanna and a lot more that make up her extended family. There is drama, danger, suspense, and romance. The story was well worth reading. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Another awesome read in the lives of these "Outlaw Wolves" this is one captivating journey that takes you on an adventurous, adventure you can't turn loose. Each and everyone of these characters are so well written they pull you right into their world and that's kudos to the author 😇 well done, so again another awesome read in the life of the " Outlaw Wolves " !!!!
We all know the saying ... the bigger they are the harder they fall ... but I don't believe they envisioned one of the baddest of the bad super predators in the Outlaw Wolves pack falling for a flight or "freeze" prey! 😘
This book filled me with so much…well so much. I have decided that for my mental happiness that all shifters and mates are immortal. It’s just to beautiful to live our short life! I would wish that so so much. Anastasia you rock!
I hope this rag tag group of outlaw shifters get their happily ever after. I really enjoyed this. I think Sanchez and Gunn are the two most Alpha shifters next to Thanatos, they're scary. Madison got the family and mate she deserved.
