Great book, really makes you think about what it takes to build a great culture within your department. Can’t recommend it enough, and it’s definitely something I’ll read again down the road to see if anything strikes a chord differently than it did now.

Great book for senior guy or new CO.
Great book, really opens up some avenues of improvement for senior guys or new CO. Found myself multiple times through the book saying of damn I say that. Will def refer this to other guys at my house.
They are simple points but mean so much. Does a great job pointing them out.

Good “reminder book” of important qualities for leaders and building a good team dynamic. No groundbreaking or massively interesting insights. Not super well written (middle-school comprehension level). There are likely better books in the same genre.
