Such a great reference, and a quick, direct, straightforward approach. I threw my back out this week and recovered quickly with some AYAMA methods from this book. Recommended for anyone with back, knee, or shoulder pain who would like to shed the pain.

Yogi Aaron’s newest book provides the science behind pain from passive stretching through the lens of anatomy. Then he steps through how we can activate our muscles for strength and stability, leading to a pain-free existence. I can’t wait to implement all I’ve learned for myself and with my yoga students!
