There are some really great points in this book, but it does lose me at times as the author is very forward about his privleged life and his lack of empathy for diagnosed anxiety. This can be incredibly motivating for some, but I tend to get more motivation from those that started from or have perspective of people with more humble beginnings.

I was very lucky to see one of his talks in person, where I got the book, and the link of seeing him in person then reading the book really helps tie all of his points in together.
