Pass. This book did not adapt DBT for neurodivergence and was poorly written.

I learned a lot from this workbook

A couple of things I learned from Yevhenii Lozovyi about DBT: Dialectical Behavior Therapy was developed in 1993 and is used to help people manage overwhelming emotions. DBT is a more practical approach to helping those with major difficulties with emotions and behaviors, but all individuals can benefit from the techniques. I also learned that Neurodiversity refers to neurological variances in the human brain. With that being said, this book has helped me achieve better emotional balance. I learned a lot from the skills presented and the daily activities. The 7-day routine is easy to follow and stick to. I highly recommend this workbook to anyone who wants a little extra help managing emotions.
