As a vlogger, Cali Sinclair is sent to Blue Sky Resort, a ski lodge, to review the winter destination. She usually travels to warm, exotic locations, not the frigid mountains in the dead of winter. Billionaire and single dad, Logan Henderson, owns the ski resort in Breckenridge, Montana, and meets the cute but not quite so charming Cali at the gift shop. She’s an unhappy customer, and he’s miffed to take one more customer complaint. Logan’s daughter, Julianna, recognizes Cali and is star-struck. The only thing worse than a persistent fifteen-year-old wanting to intern for Cali is the sassy vlogger constantly tripping all over the place. Logan doesn’t want bad publicity or a lawsuit. When Cali gets distracted by a shirtless Logan, she trips and falls into his arms, but this time he doesn’t let her go. Mountain Grump is a standalone romance with no cliffhanger, no cheating, and a happily ever after. It is a steamy slow burn romance with spice.
Willow has loved writing since she was in high school (many ages ago). Whether she’s writing romance or sitting outside by the bonfire reading a good book, Willow loves the magic of the written word.

Logan & Cali Cali is a vlogger and staying at Logan's ski resort in order to review it and these two don't get off on the right foot. As they spend more time together their attraction grows and leads to a steamy night. I was totally loving all of Logan's grumpiness, but then it got to be too much with his hot and cold, throwing tantrums crap.
Overall, it was a quick and easy read. I liked Logan and his daughter Julianna's relationship and her typical teenagerness. I could have went for more closure on the whole Bridget fiasco though.
I wasn't expecting Levi from Billionaire Grump to make as many appearances as he did and I liked it.

Narration notes: I did not listen to this one, but am just giving the info above for reference.
First off Breckinridge is in Colorado, not Montana. If you’re going to make up a place make sure a real, and famous, one doesn’t already exist. Second, you would never run inside in ski boot, or leave them on during dinner. They are rigid and not made for walking let alone running through a ski lodge. Third, a bunny slope is not on a chair lift. It would be a tow rope because they are short shallow hills. So much of this book was just ridiculous and can’t really believe I finished it. At least it only took an afternoon to read.
If you're chasing an easy-to-read, fairly predictable, but in a no-way bad way, sweet romance with some very pleasant spice, this may well be the book for you!.

This book was okay. Nothing special. I thought the premise was cute and I enjoyed the overall plot of the story, I just didn’t really connect with the writing style. There wasn’t really any depth to the characters or story and it just felt like things were missing. The ending also moved really fast and seemed to come out of nowhere. Actually, the whole story kind of moved fast. I think I just needed more from it. While this book takes place during the holiday and Christmas season, it’s not really a holiday book and there isn’t really any discussion of the holidays. It’s more just a general winter book. There were some funny parts in this book and I really liked Logan’s daughter and her meddling. Also my biggest fear is falling off the ski lift and I couldn’t believe that happened lol. If you are looking for just an easy and really quick winter read that’s what this book is.
Tropes: - grumpy sunshine - single dad - winter vacation romance - age gap - billionaire
I was impressed how characters from Jaxon's book came back and now they're grown even more. This book truly had the grump/sunshine vibes. Enjoying the full-circle pull from the other writings of Willow Fox. Can't wait for more.
this was bad but not horrible, rating would’ve been higher without the “clock app” references and talking about influencers (as well as the whole thing being a week long fling) but it is what it is, a short book that only takes a couple of hours to read.
This was fine. It started out kind of cute with this man thinking she was a little bit annoying. Especially when she was trying to do her ‘influencer’ job.
But then this felt like to went in a very upsetting direction. He was a grump but then he turned into someone who was paranoid and mean to her.
And the end just wrapped up after he treated her so badly. And the end was not a good way to get them back together.
If I could give this book negative 20 stars I would. I think I lost brain cells listening to this. I only finished it because I had it on audiobook and I had it playing in the background. So dumb. Don't waste your time.
I hate giving bad reviews on someone’s work but honestly this book was bad. Not only was it choppy and extremely lacking in depth but it did not have a flow or cohesiveness. The story went from slow to skipping through all the parts to being rushed to the finish. There was zero character development. They spent a mere minutes together technically all of which were awkward and very uncomfortable for the reader even. Then somehow they smash, she leaves, big scandal happens, he hates her. She loses everything. He blocks her. It’s so cringe how the writer laid it all out, and then the actual horrible thing never got resolved. The chick responsible never gets handled, the entire false info never corrected or attempted. In my mind as I read I saw so many possibilities of how they and of them could not only fix it but make sure justice was served and even revenge.
There was so many unanswered questions and open plot twist that were just abandoned. This book feels very much like a rushed bad job. I’m sorry to say. I have read over 450 books this year alone and this is never the type of review I leave but this book just …ugh. I like my smutty trashy reads that are mindless escapes but this was not good. Even the 1smut scene was lackluster and awkward AF. It was sketchy. And not even a mention of him “finishing” if not for that 1 very small rushed scene this would be a total closed door romance.
So pick a struggle bad plot, bad writing or bad smut, you can’t have all of them. Super disappointed that I wasted the hours on this read. And when we have 2 authors who worked on it…come on….really?
This could have been a great story. I can see the plot and so many twists and outcomes, but it was just not fished out unfortunately.
I liked it, it was a quick silly read. I felt like the story was rushed at the end, maybe it should have slowly developed and not all at once in the end but it was enjoyable.
Cali is an influencer and she goes to the ski resort to give an honest review. She meets the owner but doesn’t realise it’s him when she is judging the prices of the ski clothes and ski lessons. She meets his daughter and she mentions dinner but doesn’t realise that he is her dad. Logan is a grump and he is recently divorced after seeing his ex wife cheating on him with his ex friend. He finds cali intriguing. He cooks her dinner, and they sleep together. But when she goes home and her story is posted logan doesn’t contact her again. She was fired from her job after giving the resort a 5 star review so the story which was published she never wrote it was her boss’s who hates logan because she is friends with his ex wife. Logan doesn’t give her a chance to explain. It isn’t until 2 months later when she is going for an interview in New York with lux enterprises (man from books #1) she sees Logan and he’s in the interview as the job is for his resort. Logan offers her the job after going to her hotel room drunk and she tells him what actually happened even tho he still doesn’t know to believer her. She gets a pregnancy test and it comes back positive and his daughter sees you buh it then tells logan who thinks she slept with someone else so when she shown up at his places he was shocked to hear it’s his baby. 9 months later she gives birth to a baby boy and they both now live together and are in love happy

This was definitely worth the read it kept you wanting to read and make you not want to put down the book that basically makes you want to make a rash decision of just keep reading the book and maybe call out of work or loss a lot of sleep due to your addiction to the book. Because I got to say I loss a lot of sleep to this book last night is when I started and tonight so i definitely have to say it is a must read and you won’t regret it and so far this series is worth it since these books keep you intrigued. By the way these can be stand alone s but won’t recommend since Levi appears in this book since he is the main character in the first book of the series. But other then putting down the book what else I love about this is showing the obstacles both characters went through or going through but I do wish they open up about the military and the authors should writes about Levi’s and Logan’s life then to now.because I can definitely admit that be one heck of a story. Oh btw there should have been bonus stores for this book and the first book so far in this series.
There are too many unanswered questions and too many issues left unresolved. What the heck happened to the woman who caused all the trouble? How did she get secure footage from the resort? Did the lawyers get anything done? What happened to his younger brother and why the heck hasn’t that been resolved yet? There’s a difference between being grumpy or little abrasive and being a down right bottom hole. The main character is the latter. And while the author addresses the daughters sexuality there’s no resolution there. Most parents want to make sure their kids are properly prepared for such relationships. They just gloss over the fact that his teenager may be having sex but at least she can’t get pregnant. Seriously 😐 There’s no real character growth and the attraction over the insults seems very unrealistic. The end seems rushed and probably why there are so many loose ends.
This book was good. I didn’t like how fast pace it was at the end. I also wouldn’t call this book a slow burn. If it is then it’s the fastest slow burn ever. I hated how the guy didn’t listen to her and let her explain what happened with her review. Like she even sent him a letter. Also there were some plot holes. Like how did she not know Levi was his friend when he told her like I guess she could have forgotten. Also she had the how she is dizzy it could be serious thing but it never came back up like that was before they slept together so it couldn’t be becuase she was pregnant so. The pregnant was also too rushed. Like oh I’m pregnant and book epilogue. There needed to be more transition. But overall I liked the book. It was cringey at times especially with calling it the clock app and whatnot but I’ll look over it. I think it was an interesting book and about average. 3/5

Cali is an influencer from doing a vlog on her travels. She has come to do one on the resort and isn't too happy about the prices and is a little bratty at first. However, when she meets the owner's daughter things start to change. When she realizes that the owner Logan is someone, she was being rude to she tries to make up for it as well. Its not long before things start to look up for them all and things heat up between her and Logan. Yet when a misunderstanding happens it cause a rift between them. Will he give her a chance to explain? Can they find their way back to each other?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

2.9 This thing was so awful for so many reasons. And the ending... Wow. Authors threw in an expected pregnancy to force some kind of resolution. In what could be as short as 20 minutes, the H goes from thinking the h is a lying slut, just going around "destroying" men for funsies. To rejecting the fact that he's the father to the baby she's having that he already knew about... To spewing cruel things at her... To noticing how "vulnerable" she looks sitting in front of him. To apologizing for being such a "hardass" and declaring his love for her. And the ridiculous h is like: it's okay, I understand, and I love you too.
Like wt-actual-f?
I don't say this often, but I really hated this piece of garbage and even more fervently, I hate the fact I wasted my time finishing this craptastic story.

I’m loving this series! The books are the perfect combination of grumpy male, sweet female, some drama (nothing major), and of course the rocky road it takes for the couple to get their HEA! Logan is really dealing with his hurt from his ex wife who cheated on him, when he meets Cali. She’s visiting his resort to do a review for her blog, and she’s unaware her boss back in CA has ulterior motives. She’s out to get Logan. This was definitely a slow burn, but I didn’t miss the heat. My only complaint is that I would’ve liked to have seen Bridget get taken down. But oh well! I loved the overall story and it’s ending, I was immediately hooked and surprised to get the little appearance from Levi!
Willow Fox has written another delightful billionaire romance. Cali is a vacation blogger and influencer who has been sent to review a ski resort in Montana even if she hates the cold. Logan is the billionaire owner of the resort and is the "mountain grump" as a result of his ex-wife's betrayal. Cali and Logan are destined to be thrown together over an over. Dislike turns to love. Betrayal turns love to hate until Logan's best friend inadvertently brings them together again. You will want to read this book to find out how the two overcome their dislike, who committed the betrayal and exactly how they got back together. There is a HEA that you won't want to miss.

Cali has been assigned to vlogging Logan's ski resort by her boss, who happens to be Logan's bitter ex-wife's BFF. Can you say trouble. Logan has a hard time trusting because of the ugly break-up with his ex, but opened up to Cali. Until drama happened. Overall the characters were well written, the story well paced, interesting storyline, sizzle, steam, and drama. This is book 2 in the Bossy Single Dad series and both books are available on Kindle Unlimited, so binge read this weekend. Both are solid reads.

I really enjoyed this book. I had to read it in short windows of time during the holiday gatherings, but I could have read it in one or two sittings, if I’d had the opportunity. Cali & Logan are attracted to each other, but find each other irritating at first. As they get to know each other, though … 🔥! I loved reading the HEA and being able to see the main characters from Billionaire Grump again as side characters in this story. I look forward to more books in this series.

Enjoyed reading this book a lot. The trials and tribulations of finding true love. Levi's (from book one) friend, Logan (aka Mountain Grump) bought a ski resort and was working hard to get it up and running efficiently along with the help of his daughter and his brother. Cali, a travel Vlogger, was given the assignment by her boss to do a review of the resort. Things did not go as planned for any of them, except for her boss. The descriptions of the people, their lifestyles, the resort and the scenery was great. You can visualize the scenes on the chairlift and the slopes. Hope you enjoy this book as much as I did. Logan is a billionaire single dad whose the new owner of a newly renovated ski resort. Cali is a vlogger whose visiting the resort, trying to get an interview with the new owner, but her attitude doesn't go down to well with Logan especially when his daughter Julianna is trying to become Calis intern. a bet leads to a dinner and their close proximity at the resort soon leads to a night that changes things but is it just a one time thing? Or could it be more. Or will his past mean he will push Cali away? Well written grumpy single dad billionaire, sunshine, clumsy vlogger, romance.
When social media influencer, Cali goes to review Blue Mountian Lodge, she has several run ins with owner, Logan Henderson. I absolutely loved the dialogue in this. Cali and Logan were sassy and snarky despite the obvious attraction. I loved the fiestiness of their interactions. I also enjoyed how clumsy Cali was and Julianna, Logan's daughter was a delight. Well written, kind of fun, steamy but most of all romantic. Very well done!!.
