After the ending of the first book I knew that this was going to be good and it was fucking amazing. I can't wait to read the next book.

Loved Axe's story. So good. This Author knows how to write an amazing
storyline. Her character's are just amazing and when they find their HEA'S just gets better. Hot, Steamy, and with so much excitement!!!!!

You are always guaranteed an incredible alpha and heroine when it comes to Carol Dawn’s books. And she did no disappoint.
This book is incredibly intense from the get go. Mari makes my heart ache, but watching her evolution over time is amazing. I loved seeing her thrive and grow, and fall in love.
Axe is everything. He ticked me off at first. His savior complex was showing, but at the end his true colors shined through. His love and respect for Mari is palpable. He’s determined to love all of her - and almost loses his chance.
I was not prepared for the twists that come. My heart hurt. I winced and gasped. And hated every minute of the pain that Mari experiences. But there’s a pureness to the relationships that are formed that is absolutely incredible and such a special trademark for Carol and her books.

Mari and Axe
Wow, and i mean wow. Many books have a wow factor, but this book nearly had me in tears, honestly with what Mari went through from the time she was handed off to her aunt to when she was kidnapped. Well lets just say it blew my mind. Even though it was hard to read it was a story that really was good to read. Carol Dawn really has outdone herself this time and im sure you all would agree when you read this story.
Axe took one look at Mari who was albino and knew she was his. Even Shadow, Maris brother raised his eyebrows... caveman much? lol . i loved that little part as well.
Theres so much in this story that im not going to do any more spoilers, im sure readers will find out themselves when they read this wonderful story. You definitely wont want to put this one down.

I have feelings
This book goes a little dark. Now, I am sure if you have reached this point you know that some of the books go to the dark but still. I think this is the first book I have read in a while that I had to put down for a second and breathe before continuing. So heads up on that! I did enjoy getting a deeper dive into the characters that make up the Phantoms. I loved getting a better idea of Reaper and Shadow. The deep dive into Axe was great (even if at times I wanted to throw something. Marisol is such an interesting character and I loved who she was. Her personality just made me want to hug her. Not only for what she was dealing with but what she overcome and how she handled things. I feel like I want to be more like that. I am just excited to see what comes next for this group of amazing people.

Marisol has grown up sheltered but not cared for. Innocent to a lot of what the world offers, she still needs to be protected. Her condition was handled so well, you couldn't help but feel like you knew her. Her strength was awe inspiring, she could give the toughest guys a run for their money. Axe was a sweetheart. He had a moment where he didn't think he was a good match for her. Fortunately, he didn't stick with it cause I would have hit him upside the head if it went longer. There are some other details that I won't go into here, you need to discover them for yourself. CD outdid herself on this one, it was so good!

Now Axe and her brother along with their brothers are out to protect her.
Marisol and Reaper are taken and what Reaper does to protect her is pure selfishness, they are bestie forever.
This book or series is such a joy to read.

Marisol and Axe’s story was amazing. Once again Carol Dawn has a book for us which had me hooked from the beginning. Marisol saw something she wasn’t suppose to. When she had to run to hide she knows she can turn to her brother. While they were not raised together Shadow will always be there for his sister. Shadow and Axe go and meet Marisol. While keeping her safe things are thrown in their way. I love the brotherhood and the protectiveness there is. This book is simply awesome. I highly recommend this book and can’t wait to see what comes next

Better than the first, you get an incite into the characters of the MC and what they have withstood in the past. So far, two of them have fallen for girls as soon as they set eyes on them. I do wish though that there was more depth to their romance (if you can call it that.).
The first two books have been personal assignments with no real mention of paid work. Plus the fact that MC in the title gives the reader expectations of the normal biker romances out there. They are nothing like that.

I don’t think I can put into words how I felt while reading this book. I will start that Axe and Marisol’s story isn’t a happy go lucky story but it is so worth it. I will admit I might have cried a time or two but that’s because you become so invested in these amazing characters. I knew by the end I would find some sort of happiness because I always trust this author. I literally couldn’t put it down. A masterpiece on my mind.

Axe/Thomas and Marisol
Marisol was out on a walk and saw and heard something that she wasn't supposed to and she went and hid at her brother Shadows house before calling him. Axe was smitten with her from the beginning and only wanted to protect her. A few twist and turns throughout, but it was actually really good story.
I would give this five stars, but there were several grammatical errors throughout, but they didn't take away from the story.

I absolutely loved this latest book in the Phantoms MC series!!! Marisol is Shadow's sister and called her brother when she witnessed something she wasn't supposed to hear about. When Shadow and his MC brother Axe arrive. All it took was one glance and he fell and fell hard for Marisol. There are twists and turns and surprises that kept you on the edge of your seat. A very good story and one that I really enjoyed! I can't wait for the next book in this amazing series...well done!!1

Axe by Carol Dawn was another great read by this very talented author. She stays true to her writing. Always instant love. Strong relationships. Not afraid to write characters that are not consider the norm. This book had some grit to it. Totally fell in love with Marisol and Axe. I really need Reaper's book. I just know Carol will deliver. Kudos!

She is one of my favorite authors. So of course the book was excellent as I expected. The main characters are very intricate and entertaining. I absolutely love Marisol. She’s very different than any other character. She’s overcome so many challenges. And of course Axe is your typical alpha caveman. LOL. I love this couple. You will enjoy this book.

I love Mar and Axes story. I also love how Reaper became Mars best friend.I really forgot it was Axes and Mars story. It felt more like Reaper and Mars friendship story then Axes and Mars romance story. It was quite lovely. Though. I love the non drama between couples. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

Disappointed
I've read all of Carol Dawns books and have enjoyed them immensely! Although I read and enjoyed this one it wasn't up to her normal standards. There seemed to be alot of errors in grammar. Normally I just read over those but this time it was too the point my brain couldn't accept! Plan on continuing to read just hoping this was a one off!

Another great book from Carol Dawn
I love this new series. The men of the Phantoms MC are definitely alpha males. They fall in love fast & hard & will do anything to protect their women. I love how Axe is with Marisol. But even more I love the relationship between Marisol & Reaper. You need to read this book.

Book number doesn’t disappoint
This book was as good if not better than first one! These men have some mad skills. The author did such a great job with this storyline and all the characters. They are a true family by choice, and some by blood. But together they are so much stronger.

instalove
If you’re into instalove and obsessive, possessive men, you might enjoy this. I found the chemistry lacking. They had nothing in common and bonded in a way I couldn’t feel. The plot was hectic and at times perplexing. Not much growth from either character.
It’s pretty vengeful and violent and angsty, so if that’s your thing, this might be a good fit.

Words can’t even describe how I felt reading about Marisol’s life… there were times I wanted to cry. Then Axe comes in and the cowboy heart has been snatched

This was a great book, a bit darker than some by the author, but it was fantastic. Axe and Marisol find each other after she has been through a horrible upbringing. She is one of his brother's sister and he falls for her hard and fast. This book had me on the edge of my seat.. it was fast paced and had a great plot! I highly recommend this book!

Great series
I found this series while reading Infernal Sons MC. I love that you as a reader can get pulled into the story with the characters. The Alpha men and strong women are amazing. Can't wait for the next in the series to be released.

Another stinker
I hated the first book in this series but I've got KU so I borrowed this book to see if Cap was just bad or if it was an author thing.
It's an author thing.
Terrible writing. Weak heroine. In need of editing. Desperately.
