Only a week and a half into this and so far I love it, I can see what i need to start doing in my life. I'm coming home from work ready to relax with my wine and get into this workbook. Bonus is that i recently discovered that the author writes poetry too so ive reading that as well. Figured I'd knock out both reviews today! 10/10
