Opposites, Hollywood star, workplace, mutual pining, sort of instalust/instalove. Miles Bennett. One of the Bennett brothers, he is the Hollywood star, the guy who has the attention on him no matter what he does and wherever he goes. Rylee, a small town, country girl who likes to blend in with the crowd and not gather much attention. There is no way, this handsome Hollywood star would ever show any interest right? We traveled to movie sets, family visits, farmland setting.
These two are so darn sweet together. Naturally romantic, fun, loving with each other, they can just be themselves and not exposed to the outside world. Would it change once they step into the limelight together as a couple. Their relationship has an expiration date, will they be able to let each other go? Miles falling is probably my favorite. I love when a guy is all in with his feelings with the romantic interest. This was an easy, fun, cute and spicy.

A fun escape read, Miles Bennett is a bigger than life Hollywood star. He could have anyone, yet he has his eyes on Rylee. Rylee is a small town girl who catches the eye of Miles and decides to go with it and have some fun. All is good until she is called home. Will the distance be a problem? I enjoyed the story and the travel, just the escape I was looking for.

She is a country girl that found a job working as a PA to a famous director. He is the hottest actor in Hollywood at the moment but he can't keep his eyes off of her.
Miles Bennett is thankful for his luck in landing his job as a leading man in Hollywood. His brothers keep him humble, but he is very aware of how fortunate he is. His newest assignment is for a film being shot in Vancouver where he will be living for the next several months. As he is settling in to his new role, he can't help but notice the director's beautiful PA despite his better judgement.
Rylee grew up in a small town in Tennessee. After tragedy struck her and her brothers in their teens, they went to live with her grandparents in a farm. When she turned 18 she found herself joining a friend for an opportunity to work behind the scenes of movies in Los Angeles. Along the way she has been thankful for the work and enjoyed the experience. Her newest assignment will probably be her last knowing her family needs her back home.
Miles has never been a guy that looked for a long term relationship. His early days in Hollywood were a blur of mistakes. Now he knows better and what he could see himself doing long term with a partner after watching his brothers fall in love. When love at first sight hits Miles he has no idea what is happening he just knows he needs to meet the girl in the leather jacket and converse high tops.
The attraction between Miles and Rylee is easy going and fun. Despite thinking they are on different levels Rylee eventually begins to lower her walls around Miles. Miles is gone almost immediately for this woman and neither one knows what to do about it. They come from different worlds but when they are together everything makes sense.
Dual POV, Hollywood actor/country girl, sex scenes: yes.
This is now the 3rd story I've read from this author. I've noticed a pattern of the MMC falling HARD for his lady early in the book and doing anything he can to keep her and I love it. I am here for this dynamic. All three books in this series so far take the time and space to fall in love and we get to read the scenes live as it is happening. Miles is a golden retriever who just wants to be with Rylee all the time. He is sweet and doesn't have the ego of a Hollywood actor. Rylee is a lovely girl who doesn't understand why Miles likes her. Technically there isn't a 3rd quarter conflict (thank goodness) but the big thing they need to overcome feels like a daunting shadow especially near the end. A fun HEA and sweet Epilogue.
Bonus: the 2 couples the first 2 books in the series make appearances.

4 Star Review of Heart Set On You (The Bennett Family #3) by Lily Miller
Heart Set On You, book three in The Bennett Family series was an entertaining read and a good addition to the series.
Miles Bennett is a Hollywood star, a player and so far out of league that she has no idea how she could even be on his radar. However there is so much more to Miles than his public persona and as she gets to know him, she uncovers his secrets. I enjoyed the push and pull dynamic of their relationship as it progressed.
They come from two opposite worlds, how can they make a relationship work? His life is in Hollywood and hers is on the family farm. Is loving Miles worth risking it all?
Their journey from friends to lovers was emotional at times, romantic and witty and I was cheering them on to get the happily ever after that they both deserved.

Miles is a Hollywood Star, he is in the spotlight constantly. Rylee, is a small town girl who just prefers to stay out of the spotlight. However, when the two of them meet on a movie set there was an instant connection.
I absolutely adored the two of them. I love that Rylee got to see the real Miles, the man that the media and the public doesn’t get a glimpse of. It really wasn’t hard for the two of them to truly fall for each other, but after filming is done they are both going their separate ways in life…but could the risk be worth it in the end?
I loved getting bits and pieces of the rest of the Bennett family throughout this one! I absolutely adore the entire family!
This story from start to finish just had me feeling everything and I loved it.
If you’re looking for an opposites attract, workplace romance this is one to check out.

Heart Set On You is a whirlwind romance written in the stars, as two worlds collide with the insta-sparks of an all consuming chemistry that dreams are made of!
Rylee wasn’t the only one with stars in her eyes as Miles fell, hard and fast, at first sight on set of his latest big break. Together, there was no shortage of charm or attraction shared, and there was a certain boldness to their love in spite of their reservations that I loved to watch unravel.
Both Miles and Rylee spoke with honesty, their hearts carefully concealed on their sleeves as they dodged the flashing lights, trading these to indulge instead in the sparks they were creating together. There was a selflessness and wholesome quality to their romance, and it’s always a joy to read about a down to earth Hollywood star who is all in for love! Love ran deep in all capacities for this Bennett, and I admired the additional strength found in family underlying both of their relationships and the extra charm that this contributed.

This story is a movie star romance in which he falls first. Hollywood heartthrob Miles Bennett sees Rylee across the room and he's smitten pretty much at first sight. She works as someone's personal assistant at a movie shoot he stars in and although she is rather star-struck by his attentions she resists him at first, thinking they're too different to work. Miles is charming and she really likes his family as well but she doesn't want the attention of the press corps following Miles around and she is planning to move back home to Tennessee to take care of her grandparents soon, so it seems like a hopeless prospect thinking they could make it work in the long term.
It took me a while to get into the story while she was still in the star-struck stage but I liked the two of them together. There is a character who seems like she was created to bring forth some nasty Other Woman drama but I am happy to report it never comes to that and Rylee never has reason to suspect his fidelity, despite his one-and-done dating history.
In the end Miles makes a lot of noise about not having told her he was falling for her. But he did. Maybe he did not use the word love but he did tell her he thought she was the one in so many other ways.

Miles Bennett just became my new favorite Bennett brother.
How have I not read this book sooner? As a fan of HEA books, I needed this! This would be an amazing adaptation to a Lifetime or Hallmark movie.. but of course I’d still say the book was better!

4.5 Stars for Heart Set on You (Bennett Family Series Book #3)
This is Miles Bennett a Hollywood star and Rylee’s friends to lovers story and it’s a wonderful addition to this sweet and sometimes steamy series. The problem is this couple comes from totally different worlds he is a star that lives life hard and fast and she is a county girl living in a small town, so will their worlds allow them to move from friends to lovers…
Rylee is working in LA and she can’t believe this A lister actor wants her but she decides to have some fun with her heartthrob and everything is rosy until her family call her back to the family farm. Loving this man is easy while we live in the same town but holding on to him when we live in different works is going to be a big challenge and is Miles worth taking a chance on.
I loved this book, it’s sweet and steamy, it’s entertaining yet emotional and it has adorable characters who really stole a piece of my heart, I swooned, I smiled, I giggled and I held my breath as I found myself wishing and hoping Miles and Rylee got the HEA they both so deserved. Can’t wait to see where we are taken next with the Bennett family.

Lily is the queen of swoon worthy book boyfriends! 100%! She writes the perfect romances, with tons of banter and flirting, and brings ALL the spice you guys!! 🥵
Heart Set on You is #3 in the Bennett Family series, and it was actually the last one for me to read. (Can definitely be read as a stand-alone) It is seriously the sweetest romance I’ve ever read. Miles and Rylee are instantly attracted to each other on set, and from there, these two create a chemistry together unlike any other! Oh, and he falls first!! 😍 I LOVE how obsessed (in a good way) Miles was with Rylee, and always expressed how beautiful and amazing she was. And don’t worry, there is plenty of drama in this one! 😉

Miles Bennett has his eyes set on the director’s production assistant (Rylee) on his new movie set. Rylee is hesitant at first to believe that he’s even interested in her as he’s known as a playboy. However, Miles wins her over and proves that his eyes are only for her. They have challenges to overcome between both of them with work and living proximity. However, watching the relationship grow and develop has been shows your true love.
Everyone deserves to have a Miles a Bennett in their life who will do anything for the love of their life. The way he looks at her talks about Rylee; defends her is chivalrous. If you’re looking for a great love story that has twists, turns ups and downs…Lily Miller is the author for you!! Her heart and soul goes into every book she writes and you can truly feel that as you read the pages. You feel invested in the lives of these characters. The Bennett family has been far been one of my favorites to read about. Looking forward to the next book Lily!!

I enjoyed Heart Set On You. This is a super sweet love story that feels like being wrapped in a warm, cozy from the heart hug. In book three of the Bennett Family series, Miles Bennett is a Hollywood Star. Wherever he goes the attention follows. Rylee is a smalltown country girl (loved her because this is 100% me) who would much rather blend into a crowd than have any attention focused on her. So, when Miles takes an interest in Rylee, she doesn't think it's even possible for a Hollywood Star to like someone like her. Let me tell you, Miles and Rylee are the absolute sweetest couple ever!!! I loved them, their story, and just how sweet this book was. Don't miss out on this one. It's the perfect love story.

This is book three in The Bennett Family series. These are all interconnected standalone. so you could start wherever and won’t miss anything.
I loved these two. Their chemistry was amazing and they were absolutely perfect for each other. I love how they powered through everything with an us against the world mentality and that this was a low drama relationship. It’s so great when a series still has the past couples even briefly continued on throughout this series and seeing this family grow more and more in each book.
It was cool seeing the Small-town farm life and celebrity movie star city boy and how the logistics of that would actually work.

This is the 3rd book in the Bennet family series by this author. The story revolves around Miles and Rylee. This is an insta spark romance but a lovely long read. They both fell for each other right away. The author handled that beautifully and it was a pleasure to read. Both kept their hearts hidden though. They spoke with honesty but it took time to let go. A very sweet read. I enjoyed this Bennet the most so far.

Overall, I really liked the book. I didn't like that the parents were dead, but it's so overdone and cliché at this point, I just skim over the mention of dead parents. It would be a nice surprise if I actually found a series without anyone being dead in it and would definitely be 5 star worthy.
Besides that, I liked Miles and Rylee together, and mostly liked their story and HEA.

This is the third book in this series, and this is Miles and Rylee’s story. Miles is a Hollywood heartthrob, who is charming, sexy, and talented, and from the moment he spots Rylee across the room, he is attracted to her. This is a sweet small-town romance, with family, drama, friendships, action, and love.

He’s a Hollywood heartthrob - sexy, talented and a total player (I’ve read the tabloids). And me? I’m a small-town girl who knows better than to fall for America’s hottest bachelor. It turns out there’s a lot more to Miles than the gossip rags let on. Yes, he’s drop dead gorgeous, but he’s also funny, sweet and thoughtful. And the really crazy part? He could have any A-list actress, but he wants me. This was an entertaining read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

Beautifully written love story
Miles the playboy meets Rylee “the girl next door” and the journey we get to be a part of is just so beautifully written. I LOVE this series so much! Lily did a fantabulous job bringing this to life. I am definitely glad I found this series. If you like a little spice with a down to earth Hollywood heartthrob and a sweet small town girl, this book is for you! Don’t pass it up!

Interesting beginning, fell through at the middle

The idea of her not just falling for him was interesting, her doubts but the last hour of the book being just them repeating over and over again how much they love each other but not saying it?
I thought Miles would say it the first time he visited her.
Made it hard to finish when I was entranced at the beginning

Miles and Rylee are the definition of cute. Rylee comes from a small town in Tennessee and Miles a superstar actor from Reed Point. They meet on a film set in Vancouver and I adore how it takes place in Vancouver. Lily Miller does a wonderful job of talking about beautiful Vancouver.
The book goes back and forth on how can an actor as famous as Miles want a small town girl. It's such a fun cute happy read I highly recommend. I love Lily's writing and can't wait to read more.

about halfway through this book I realised I had read the series and this book is a great addition.

Miles and Rylee’s story is really sweet. I enjoyed it. Though it was pretty slow at the beginning. The story didn't really keep my attention so I found myself skimming through the pages. It wasn't bad per se. It's just didn't really captured and keep my attention.

A fantastic story full of heart and soul. Has all the deep feels all romance lovers crave. It’s not a total sap-fest though, there are some laughs in there too.
