A sexy romp set in Eggplant Canyon on the lake that's affectionately known as the jizz. I nearly choked on my laughter when I got to that part of the story. The story is full of steamy scenes, as one would expect from a Sylvie Haas story. The ending of this story takes place after events in book 4, but I would guess, timeline wise, they were running concurrently.
I listened to this through Audible, and the narration was very well done. The two male leads were read by the same narrator, and while he slightly disguised his voice for each part, they were still a bit too similar to immediately know who was talking in the scene/chapter. I had to wait a few sentences before I could place who it was. Otherwise, I enjoyed this story in audio format.

Nathan and Carson, the male leads, are half brothers sharing a home and a successful business. They’re shocked to find Zoe, the female lead, sunbathing on their rooftop deck and Nathan is mortified to realise how attracted he is to his sister’s best friend. They don’t want to disrupt that relationship but they are desperately attracted to each other…
This novella is tri POV, well written, and an erotic instarelationship romp. I enjoyed the depth of all characters’ feeling from the beginning, and understood their caution around forming a relationship. I was amused at the banter and enjoyed the intimate moments.

I thought this was such a steamy hot novella. I really like Zoe as she was sweet. Carson and Nathan make me laugh as they are quite opposite in some ways, and it seems that they balance each other out. This triad has to decide whether they are going to work things out, and I just loved how it all played out with Natalie in the end.

I didn’t like this one nearly as much as the other books in the series. The main character was hired as a maid, and the cliché of her getting with the house owners made me roll my eyes a little bit. Sun tanning naked in a house that isn’t yours while working is unprofessional. Then she wonders why they don’t take her seriously at first. I don’t know, because they caught you with your boobs out on their roof patio? The only real drama in the story was trying to keep their relationship a secret from Nathan’s sister, known as Zoe’s best friend. Nathan was really the only one keeping the relationship from going forward, and he was such a jerk about it that I hoped she would get with only Carson instead. Overall, it turned out fine, and I don’t think Nathan’s added drama really helped. I didn’t like him very much. But then I remind myself to turn off my brain and enjoy the ride.

Nathan and Carson are brothers and business partners. One is an engineer and the other is an architect so they work together making unique homes for their clients. Their latest client is a pain and has cut two weeks off their project due date. The two move to their vacation home to isolate themselves to concentrate on their job. Claimed By My Best Friend's Brothers, Book 5 of the Eggplant Canyon series, was about Zoe "Goldie" Simon, a college dropout-turned maid, Nathan Moore, and his half-brother Carson Yeager.
Side Note: There are points in the book where one of the MMC addresses Zoe as his sister Natalie, which was a bit distasteful.
After dropping out of college and returning home, Zoe had taken a job as a maid to make ends meet. One of the company's clients happened to be the brother of Zoe's BFF. She wasn't aware that both her friend's brother and her half-brother lived together, one of whom she had crushed on growing up. When their regular maid could not take care of their place, Zoe filled in for her. On the drive there, she spilled coffee on her clothes. Since no one was home, she decided to wash her clothes and spend the time they were getting clean to sunbathe on the roof. Unfortunately for her, the brothers returned home while she slept in the sun.
It took less than a week for these three to realize they were meant to be together, but one or the other would hold back on committing. When it finally came down to it, there was a moment that pushed them apart, but not for long.
This was okay, but it wasn't the best in the series. Zoe was a bit immature and wishy-washy at times, while at others she seemed overbearing. Nathan was the more mature of the three but was also the more hesitant. Carson, on the other hand, was more flamboyant and gung-ho from the moment he first spotted Zoe. He had no problem with "banging the maid" before either of the men was ready to commit to anything permanent. He was also the one who needed to grow up the most.
While the story was good, it could have been better because it still needed more grit than it had. Yes, there was some push/pull between the trio, but it was more tame than it was enthralling. This made the story lose star points, so it only earned a three-star rating.

It Is Just Right
Zoe "Goldilocks" Simon, I think you found somethings that fit just right in your.... Yeah, go ahead and fill in that blank. I won't judge. 😉
Things with our over-the-top, crazy possessive half brothers get a bit weird before they get steamy, awkward, and sweet with more naughtiness. Nathan Moore and Carson Yeager are as irritating as they are hot. It's a good thing they know how to rev an engine.

I like the toy play, teasing, and generally flow of the book. The brothers are a tad too growly once or twice, but I mostly enjoyed their antics.
I listened to this as part of the 'Eggplant Canyon Complete Series'. The narrators, Andi Eloise and Duncan Prescott, are so easy and enjoyable to listen to, especially because they're in duet. 🎧💜🎧

Just so angsty,vaccilating and irritating that I DNF at 77%. All the "are you ok? Are we ok? Shall we proceed? Can we? Is this ok? How about this? What about this? Are you still ok!?!?!" Was annoying. If you have to ask at EVERY SINGLE STEP,and then when told it's okay, CONTINUE TO ASK AT EVERY SINGLE STEP, why even bother? Either women know what they want or don't. Stop second guessing her decision at every turn- otherwise it makes her look like she doesn't know her own mind. She said yes, continue. And Nathan's insistence on not being in a relationship was grating. The whole book was a whine-fest from all the characters,and they are my least favorite throuple in this series. Scenarios overlap in the books,but absolutely nothing in this book coincided with anything from the others-jayce asking for help,Natalie saying be nice to Zoe (Natalie didn't even know Zoe was over at her brothers in her own book- she just called and they said she couldn't come over,but she didn't know why). Well,the mudslide did,but over all this book was a frustrating read. My opinion only. Feel free to read and form your own. But don't say you weren't warned.

This is book number 4 of the Eggplant Canyon series and focuses on Nathan, Carson, and Zoe. Zoe is Natalie’s, from Claimed by my Boss and His Twin, best friend. During high school, Zoe had a crush on Nathan but never did anything about it because of her friendship with Natalie. When Zoe is hired as a maid for Nathan and Carson there is an immediate attraction between them but there was also push back and fighting the attraction until they just couldn’t stay away anymore. The steaminess between the three is wonderful and I love the relationship they built once everyone was on board with the relationship and fully committed to making the relationship work. This was a great story and a great addition to the series!

This is a great story by Sylvie Haas. I loved this story. I really enjoy this series. I only wish it was longer. I loved the interactions between Zoe, Nathan and Carson.

This might be one of my favorites from the series. Carson, Nathan and Zoe were a hot little trio.
I love these guilty little pleasure reads. There’s something addictive about them. Zoe is hired to be a live-in maid for Carson and Nathan but neither one can kept their hands to themselves. They have several hot encounters and I was all about it.
My main beef was with the wishy-washy nature of Nathan. He seemed to really struggle with being with his sister’s best friend. Carson was super hot with his commanding ways.
This was a fun little read and I’m looking forward to what Haas comes up with next.

When they find a girl sunbathing on their roof they are even more curious. When Nathan finally realizes who Zoe is he knows she is off limits. The only problem is they all want to be with one another. Can they find a HEA or will it all blow up in their faces?
Another hit out of the park by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Intensely sexy MFM quickie from start to finish! Nathan (H) and Carson (H) come home early from vacation to find a barely clothed Zoe (h) on the roof top deck of their home. The two brothers are as attracted to Zoe as much as she is to them, but they have to hold back from getting involved with her since she's their younger sister's BFF. But the proximity of living together wins out and the heat sizzles to the top for the trio. Minor relationship drama, no too intense. "She drives me crazy with every breath she takes."
This may be a short story but it's worth 5 stars. Fantastic from start to finish. The storyline for Zoe, Nathan & Carson your grabs your attention with the dirty talk, steamy romance & possessive hero's from the 1st line to the last line. If you are a lover of menage romance that I would highly recommend going out & reading this book.

Short, somewhat sweet and a little spicy. I’m sorry to say that the stories are starting to get too repetitive for my taste. The whole FMC is a virgin but able to take multiple ding-a-lings in a row, often times more than once and still being able to walk the next day. The third act breaks are just meh. Don’t get me wrong I hate angst but like… they break up for five minutes and then it’s resolved and they’re back to sha-boinking in no time flat. Nathan and Carson’s super human stamina and recovery time was unbelievable.

I liked this one. I struggled with Nathan at first because he kept being almost rude to Zoe about his attraction to her. Carson was great, I think he knew he was all in from the start. Poor Zoe, she was all over the place but was most at home with these two. Steamy, dirty and plenty of heat. Great read.

I will give this book 3,5 stars. It's a very cute and quick story but it's not my favorite book from this series. Zoe, Nathan and Carson are very sweet together but I would have loved to get more storyline about them and how they make it work

Die Protagonisten sind authentisch beschrieben, man kann sich in alle sehr gut hineinversetzen und ihre Handlungen sind klar nachvollziehbar.
Das Setting ist anschaulich beschrieben, man hat es sofort vor Augen beim Lesen.
Was mit einer frühen Schwärmerei für den älteren Bruder der besten Freundin in jungen Jahren begann, wird hier nun sehr real für alle beteiligten.
Was wird passieren, wenn sie sich dem hinbegeben, was sie wollen, werden sie dadurch andere Menschen verletzen? Werden diese verstehen, dass man Liebe nicht aussuchen kann? Eine tolle Story, dich mich auch hier sofort abgeholt hat und die Seiten flogen nur so dahin und zack war ich am Ende. Mir hat sie sehr gut gefallen, wie auch schon die anderen Teile der Reihe.
Eine ganz klare Kauf-Leseempfehlung.
Die 5 Sterne gebe ich sehr gern.

This book had me wishing my best friend had two brothers! I loved the story of Nathan, Carson and Zoe, it had me captivated and wanting more from the beginning. I didn’t realize it was in a series when I first received this book, so now I am off to read the rest of them!
Call this book a guilty pleasure, I definitely see it being a reread for me!
