Great read

I found this book super engaging and interesting. I loved the tie-in to the Tower of Ruin series and Daniel's adventures. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy slightly complex concepts such as timelines converging. Over it was a great read and keep up the great work Wolfe

3rd Apocalypse vol 3 is the third book in the series, and I have to say, I'm not impressed. It took me several tries to get through this one. I finally managed it, but at this point, I don't think I'm likely to continue with the series. Nothing wrong with the story per se, just I didn't feel like the story was going anywhere, it kept circling the drain, and although it didn't go down the toilet, it was certainly pointing that direction. I found this story to be needlessly complex, a bit too concentrated on parts of the story that didn't matter to me. Hopefully others have better experiences, because overall, the series has been a good one, but I think I've gotten all I can out of it, so I'll be hunting for other things to read now.

Needs editing

Terrible editing. Sentences that make no sense because they are missing half the sentence. Punctuation.

Then the story reiterates the same thing. When the wraith/angel was announcing everything was particularly rough. He announced the start of the game twice.

The rest of the story is much like that with thoughts meandering in a general direction, but requiring effort to parse.

Departure from the previous 2 books.

The third book is a big departure from the previous two books. Perhaps some will like the change, I did not. It’s like last minute the authors decided they didn’t like the MC plot and wrote a short story correction, while deciding to call it 3rd volume. I am undecided if I will continue the series with the 4th book.

Poorly concieved third book

I felt like the author completely changed the tone of the entire story in this book. Also retconning the MCs powers is a terrible move. Everything that made the first two books great was missing from this one. I will not be continuing this series.

Needs editing

First off, editing it needs to happen. Second, the pacing of the book is all over the place, and last but not least the story is so crammed together it makes it hard to follow.

a weird side step from the previous series

The first plot advancement happens about 60% through the book. It’s barely a regress or book bc it’s in an alternate version of the timeline where the MC is just blandly OP. No actually dialogue of previous characters etc

great series.

It’s a good third book in the series. The way it is written shows it will be a long series. It’s entertaining and a good read. I recommend it. Looking forward to the 4th book. Hopefully I won’t have to wait too long.

Twists and turns

There was a lot to unpack in this third book. I believe it got a solid 4.5 stars but rounded up.
I actually enjoyed this story and the twists it revealed. I won't spoil it for others but believe this story needs to be told and finished.

small step back

I like this series and there are some good reveals in this book. However it doesn’t flow and feels disjointed a bit. The action is great but it jumps from tough battle to tougher battle I didn’t get a good feeling at what is going on in the world.

Good but…

Enjoy the store and how it plays off the other ones, but I’m not sure of this MC. Healer/support role but solos everything and rarely plays the role.

I am bored.. dropping. There is no need to torture myself. I stopped reading it two days ago and I can't even remember why I hated it. But I just remember I did.
