I thought this would be a somewhat “cheesy” book along the lines of the Chicken Soup Books with various random stories. Instead, it’s solely the author’s stories that tell mostly the story of her life through funny, God-spoken and life changing experiences. I laughed many times at how much I could relate to some of her own melodrama and goofiness, and the rest of the time I admired how she used so many moments to talk with people, get to know them and then follow up, many of which stayed in her life long periods of time! I think her ability to make sure others knew how much she appreciated them and then connected with them made the biggest impact on me, along with how much she prayed and the effects of so many of those prayers. Nothing seemed too small to pray over and it encouraged me to pray other things that seemed “too small for God” but still important within my day, and I believe He heard and answered me!

Chosen by random # reading, #498. What a delightful read! Molly is a gifted storyteller. I so admire her desire to see how God is working in all things - & to record them in a book to encourage & inspire others. I’ll be recommending this book to many & will be purchasing a copy for my personal library.

Who knew God could use cheese balls to point others to Him?! I love Molly’s reminder at the end of chapter 1:

“Whatever you do - it matters! God can & will use you to encourage others & impact eternity if you offer yourself & your talents up to Him.”

I didn’t want this book to end. It made me laugh, it made my tear up, & truly encouraged me in my own walk with the Lord. 5 stars, no question. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The Cheeseball Chick became an influence in my teens lives about 14 years ago when she spoke at their summer camp, Camp Lebanon. As a family, we later connected with Craig and Molly at a Christian music festival and have stayed in touch with them. Molly is an exciting, fun and silly person to be around but more importantly she is an evangelist, reaching many just by offering them a cheeseball as an introduction. The stories contained within this book will make you laugh and smile and maybe even tear up a bit but they will also make you want a bit more of what Molly has. And what Molly has isn’t a what but a Who. Come along, have a cheeseball and enjoy the stories.

This is a really sweet book! I read it with my daughter as a nightly devotional, and loved how Molly reminds us to be on the lookout for the small ways God moves in our lives. I know it has challenged me to be more aware of that- I wasn’t expecting to get that from a book where the target audience is much younger than me. Lots of laughter and sweetness. I highly recommend.

This book resonates with me on so many levels! Who knew cheese balls could do that? The author will have you laughing while being inspired and encouraged. Her stories have a wonderful way of drawing you closer to the Lord. Highly recommend this book.

OH MY GOODNESS! SO GOOD!

So a little background here, I attended the snow camp at forest springs 2023 and I bought her book there! I devoured it in 1 day and was so encouraged in my faith by her honesty balanced by her humor. I was so blessed to read this book!
