Okay, I hope there is more to this! This story left me with more questions and confusion, than answers! Why in the hell would Monice cause all this mess, kicking up dirt like the Tasmanian devil, with no reasoning? You hold onto a secret for 28 years, just to speak on it now, while you are down, breaking the hearts of everyone you are supposed to love! For what? Then there is no resolution! We were left in limbo, as to the aftermath. Then to the guys..... Did Nonna set-up this entire thing with Emmanuel to have Cortez taken care of? What happened to Zo? Kid was really on his grown man ish, and took care of business. Will he go back to Naya? Livingston meets Giselle on the street, then THE END! What the????? 😡 I know all stories don't end all wrapped in a bow, nice and neat; but I need something! It all feels unfinished, and right at the crescendo! Ughhh..... more please!

This was a great short read about three young men going through life and taking on the burdens of their parents. So many secrets and lies but what's done in the dark eventually comes to light. Now that one of the biggest secrets is revealed how will they heal and move forward. Will it destroy the family dynamics that were built on love and trust? Come on part 2!

Intrigued indeed
The storyline was full of twists and turns, it left me in anticipation to see what was about to happen next. My question is there a part two?! Or are we just going to leave a reader with a cliffhanger?!

Drama and Intensity
The characters build waa phenomenal. The plot twist was not expected at all but that damn Monice was something else.

Part 2 me please! I’m very interested to see what happens from here. A lot of secrets have been revealed but I have to wonder if there is still something we are missing like a bigger plan. The ending definitely got me ready to see what’s next.
