Heya! I'm Joe Satoria, I write sweet and spicy MM romances.

I mostly write Daddies and D/s dynamics in my pairings... some soft and sweet, other dark and dangerous.

As a queer person using he/they pronouns, I am an own voices author, which means you're reading through the eyes of lived experience... only the gay relationships part, definitely not the dangerous Daddies... oops!

This was so slow and boring for me. Too many telling than showing which makes the whole story lost its core and weak. I’m used to this trope/kink and I’ve had wayy better.

The storyline was okay, but not once there was actual kitten play scene in the first 40% which sucks and dimmed my mood by a lot. You can say I expected something different, but Liam also claimed he was a middle other than kitten, but again, no action or any explanation describes him behaving both ways. Otherwise, they were focusing more on the club, lube, virginity, viagra and sex. More sex and lube. And somehow allergies. I don’t know.

I genuinely think I’ve been jebaited by the “kitten space” written in the blurb. And I truly do not care about the characters as well. The connection between Liam and Gabriel was nonexistent. Plus, Gabriel struggled with getting his dick up (for some reason) and that should made me feel hooked to the story, but no. I guess I couldn’t get my reading-dick up either with this one.

Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t wrongly marketed. There were few kitten play scenes, but only during sex. Which, is not my liking anyway. And the plotline afterwards was still boring. So I still do not like this.

This was a sweet story of kitten Liam and Daddy Gabriel and how they came together and fell in love. I enjoyed how Gabriel allowed Liam opportunities to build trust with him and ensure that their relationship was as healthy as it could be given the circumstances. I did, however, find the Daddy side of things a little bit of an afterthought and also wondered as to what logic Liam was following when he ran away. I also found the reason for the closure a little strange given that he was replacing one club with another but with much safer protections for the staff. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like Daddy/boy dynamic with pet play.

Gabriel, the new owner of The Manor, I love his transformation. He went from "sleeping" with everyone to don't "sleep" at all due to stress-related issues. And that helped him to see past just a nice face. And when he does something that's totally out of character of him, it's a revelation.
And Liam, our scared but strong kitten, who does everything in his power to protect himself. He finds in Gabriel something he never expected. So much so that, in the epilogue, he does the one thing he never thought he could do.
Definitely a wonderful reading.
That's absolutely my favorite book of the serie. You don't have to read it in order, but trust me, you won't want to miss Taylor and Asher's story.

I loved this story. Gabriel Nolan is a multi-millionaire who bought the Manor a place where kitten play is explored. He meets a reluctant kitten and wats him. Liam Duke is on the run from a ex and debt collectors. He answers a job ad hoping it will be the answer to his problems but never expects to meet Gabriel or fall for him. Will Liam give love a chance?

Gabriel’s little kitten

So this was a slight bizarre quick story with Gabriel who had just bought this kink club he had been to a few times. Suddenly he was trying to get it opened again sparing no costs and training the new kittens so they would be ready. Liam is just out of a bad relationship and loves kitty play. He has a website with photos of himself in his own made costumes and has quite a following. He’s always wanted to be a kitten at the former club and signs up for a position in the new one. The attraction between Gabriel and Liam is immediate although as owner and employee, it’s more of a slow burn. Meanwhile there is trouble brewing and things get a bit crazy. There are a few twists and turns but all ends well at the end of the book. I think I would have liked to know more about Tripp and feel that some bits were rushed and there weren’t many Daddy elements considering it’s a Daddy book.
