This is my favorite book in this series! Calhoun is my favorite character, I want nothing but the best for him. Calhoun twin is a character I couldn’t stand in the book and I didn’t care for him first love either. But when things get out of control and he’s sent out of town, is when he really became my favorite. Because he takes this chance to find himself, he doesn’t like the hate of his hometown get to him. There’s a theme of second love, and Laikyn Meng does such a great job at second romances. This book made you want the happily ever after for Calhoun. If your looking for a strong romance, family, and small-town drama then this is your book.
