This is probably one of the best parenting books I have ever read. It invites a lot of self reflection and challenges us as parents to take ownership in building healthy behaviors and resilient adults. It's full of insights and actionable tips and yet it is short and so perfect for us busy parents. I will definitely recommend it to friends and read it again myself as our daughters go through different stages of their childhood.
I really should have been taking notes while reading this book. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their own or their children's well-being.
