Super cute friends to lovers
I loved the support that both Gen and K gave to each other from the beginning! I was ready to shake the mess out of K when he got caught!!! Glad he fixed things. I loved it! Now can we please get a finale to Coffee!!

This was such a good best friends-to-lovers story! The journey these characters went on felt real, with all the ups and downs that come with navigating love and friendship.
What I loved most was how their friendship served as the foundation for their relationship. It added depth to their connection and made their love feel genuine and lasting. Seeing them overcome challenges while staying true to the bond they had built over the years was heartwarming.
If you’re a fan of stories where love grows out of a solid friendship, this book is definitely worth a read!

Beautiful Love Story
I loved the story from start to finish. It's hard becoming one with your best friend, because you don't want to jeopardize the friendship. I love how K and Genesis became one. They were cognizant of their feelings never really wanting to go further, but when it happened it was so pure and genuine. They both the other to do well in what they chose to do in the future. Genesis opening her own dance studio and K being into music was a lot for young people, but they made it work, its not to say they didn't have trials and tribulations because they did, K fell short, but Genesis didn't give up on that one fumble she gave him a second chance. They were mature beyond their years. I love the family dynamics and friendships, though Genesis mama was a hard woman who didn't know how to show Genesis love for whatever reason. I love the ending!

Connie Easton hasn't disappointed yet! I've been reading her work since she debuted and she gets better and better every time! Gen and Killion were so cute. The love they shared was unmatched and you just loved them together. I'm glad it showed that nobody is perfect though. Every relationship goes through some type of trials, but its up to the couple to pull through. Great story!

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was amazing from beginning to end. I wanted more, but hopefully Corinthian will get a book next because she's crazy and funny. Bravo!!

I love how dope K and Gen was they didn't let nothing get In the way of they love and friendship k almost made me come through the book on him but he made up that hurt he cost I love how rin was always there for her sister as well I loved the book and happy I got to read Connie becoming one of my favorite authors I can't wait to read what you got coming next

i was rooting for them .. until i wasn’t
I like the plot but i hate how we glanced over the fact that he cheated…for months … with the woman his girl got beef with …they just moved on…i couldn’t really root for them in the end it just felt fake ?
And then toward the end of her pregnancy he was treating her mean and she gets him a record deal?? Lmao noo i wand better for you Gen cause while you are pregnant you shouldn’t be taking on your emotions and his negative ones .. she couldn’t even enjoy her pregnancy it seems ..

Frustrated and fuming for several pages!
A good bit of this story I was so through with how the thirsty women in these books chase a man until he gives in. I never thought K Stacks and Genesis would have a situation after she helped him soar to new heights. But, I realize, men are so dense at times. I was also happy to see Sire again, I hoped his presence would be the answer to the problem K created in his singing career and his relationship. Go ahead and read this one, it is too good to pass.

Excellent Book
I am an avid reader and don’t normally leave reviews but I have to leave one for this particular book. This book was an excellent read from beginning to end. The characters were amazing in the story and I couldn’t stop reading. The storyline was great and I loved how the characters had so much love for each other from teenagers and let it carry them through all the trials and misunderstandings until adulthood. Loved that the ending didn’t leave you unfulfilled.

Killian was a fool when he doubled back with Amina. Gen is a good one. She stuck by her man even when he did her dirty. Gen mother was wrong. I feel she only came around just to make sure her bills where still going to be paid. Hopefully Gen will stop helping her. Sire was a real one. He knew how Sleazy Grand was but he made K step up and show Grand one monkey 🙊 ain't going to stop his flow..

This was a good read I love the bond that K and Gen had before they decided to cross over to more. Even when he slipped up he always put Gen first and she always had his back. I'm glad he got away from Grand thanks to Sire although I do wish I knew some of the details. This was a good read.💝💝

genesis & killian had me giggled n swinging my feet all about. like i could not stop smiling n giggling😭BUT this book also had me crying & screaming at my phone. miss easton u put me thru it.
round of applause for killian reeves. tht man gave gen nothing but queen treatment the whole time they’ve know each other, even whn they weren’t together. which is nothing short of wht she deserves bcos he jus knows she’s worth it😮💨
if only gen wasn’t hiding her feelings like damn. u baso have a man doing everything 4 u, why not make him ur husband alr. the back n forth was making me a lil mad but i understood why it was happening😭
the constant reassurance was so cute. they both needed it and seeing them be able to vulnerable & deal w situations as a couple rather than jus friends was refreshing. watching them trynna navigate these feelings towards each other even tho they didn’t wanna ruin there friendship was real & raw. i loved them together, such a beautiful story!!✨
