Despite the weird way this was laid out, this book was incredibly validating to what I experience. Glad I picked this up. Great resource!

Well written and very informative. Easy to understand from both the layman (patients) and the medical professionals' perspective.. I wish all my doctors would read this.

Very interesting and informative. Although wholly American when it comes to accessing healthcare and those practitioners with understanding of the more holistic approaches to dysautonomia, it made for an interesting read to further understand symptoms, potential diagnostics and also treatments. The book is kind of split with patient based reading often on the left page and doctor-based equivalent on the right. This made it a very approachable read for the lay person but also handy to take with you to appointments. Especially when talking about comorbidities and the types of questions you might expect a healthcare practitioner to ask (and why.) In fact, there were questions my most recent doctor asked that seemed a little off the wall but I had read this so understood why. It also helped me formulate the appropriate answer because I understood the logic for it.
