A simple security test leads to a missing person, a murder and uncovers fraud. Clarke is concerned where her co-worker disappears in the middle of a security drill, in her search to find her friend, someone is murdered, and she uncovers major fraud in the company. As she continues to search for her friend and works to gather evidence of the fraud, she stumbled across someone is murdered and she thinks she is being followed. Follow all the twists and turns to the shocking surprise ending. Relatable characters, great story full of suspense to the surprise reveal of the murderer. If you love a good mystery, you'll love this book. Can't wait to read the next one.

The main character is an optimist even in the face of her friend's discrepancies. The ending has is sheer terror but her brother alerts the good guy who rescue her and the previous boyfriend who was previously an immature jerk is back in her good graces.

Who killed Bradley and why??? Who do you trust??? It's just a ladder, isn't it??? i enjoyed this story and recommended the book.
