This was a 5 star for me. I've seen BBQ books that I've liked better just because I'm a Kansas City girl and was raised on a certain (best) kind of BBQ which isn't really in this book much. The great thing was the scope and range of recipes from beginner to expert and also from sauces, marinades, appetizers, and sides, to main courses and desserts. I would cook a lot of these and they all looked good. Plus in the beginning is a reminder on how to use the grill different ways to cook different things, which I really liked.
