A quick read. Lots of action. A good dose of theology at the end, and a message about trusting God even in the face of tragedy and pain.

This book may be a little to grown up for a sixth grader but I think that this book was fascinating. The way that the author made the plot just eats you up and you just can't stop reading. The author Lenora Worth also made just the story when you are reading it clear, there isn't too many things happening at once. The character Eli was explained amazingly. I think that the author just made this book so fabulous.

This book is from Steeple Hill and features clean mysteries with both a romantic story and a Christian overtone. Simple story and a quick read. This one felt a little overly dramatic but I don't have any experience with the kind of "world" they described. Just ok.

Secret Agent
Book 2

This book focuses on a very important character from "Secret Agent Minister." Eli Trudeau is a CHAIM agent who just learned that his son is alive. He's bitter about so many things, including the death of his wife and his friends lying about his son's survival. Though they claimed to be doing it to protect his son, he still wants his son back. But his son is now leaving with Gena and she isn't going to give him up very easily.

Again, a secret agent finds himself in the middle of a suspense plot that has everything to do with him. He now has to save his son and his son's mother. This powerful suspense will keep you reading until the end, and the truth is quite shocking!

The romance is a sub-plot, but that won't take away from the excitement of the main story.

didn't like it quite as much as the first book in the series, but ... am glad that i read it, and would recommend it to anyone.

i think the reason that i wasn't as crazy about this one, was because there seemed to be a gap in time between where this character was left in the previous book, and where he starts off in his "journey" in this book.

still a strange concept to think of Christians having their own little secret spy agency, but ... i guess stranger things are probably in existence, at least considering the type of government we have, so ...

looking forward to the next book in the series coming out

While the plot sounded interesting the author couldn't bring out it's full potential. The characters were not done very well. And the overall feeling was crowded with too many ideas and too little paper to properly bring it to fruition.
