Begins with a brief wrap up of the characters of the previous story. Then back in time to Misaka's 1st semester at Tokiwadai. Lots of humor. We see the vending machine, Misaka's first roommate, Misaka and Shokuhou rivalry and the start of a new story focused on cliques at Tokiwadai. Lots of fun especially if you have been reading from the beginning.
