Journey to the world of magical horses . . . Follow the valiant and powerful steed Thunder as he helps a young girl find the courage to face an evil sorceress who looms in Darkcomb forest.
This wasn't quite as good as some of the other ones in this series. For this I would give it three stars. But the message was a good one, and the final trial smart, so I willingly bumped it to four.
Now to dig through my stuff and find my older daughter's cards and stuff... Time for her little sister to find North of North!
I read this series as a kid and this is my attempt to review it now:
I loved the coming-of-age storyline in this one. I do have to say the spiders freaked me out as a kid, as did the description of the forest. But I guess that was a really smart move due to the fact that this is called Thunder's Courage after all.
