Norma is a grad student working on her Master of Sciences degree in software engineering when she gets a contract offer to help with a software automation problem from a man who is auditing one of her classes.
Norma sees James and Kat as a normal predictable middle-income suburban couple but she quickly realizes that what she sees is not all that is there.
What starts out as a business agreement, evolves into something deeply life-changing. Norma is introduced to a subculture she had never thought existed and is asked to help to develop systems and processes in a world she has only just recently started reading about. Norma takes a step down a dark scary path and finds in the bondage, control, humiliation, training, and pain. Igniting a fire with herself she had never dreamed of.

Painful to read.
The writing seems formative, as if written by an AI. There's such little warmth or feeling to any of the writing. I hate giving authors poor reviews, but.. I couldn't get past ten pages before skipping ahead to see if it got better.
Pros- The story concept is pretty nice. There is potential. The story is pretty short, so even if the writing style makes you want to pull your hair out, at least you can get through it pretty quick.
Author really needs an editor and some mentors who can help teach a more natural writing style, as it's really the only main issue.
