In a surprise visit, Onizuka shows Uchiyamada life is indeed wonderful. Meanwhile, Teshigawara rocks the schoolhouse when he hatches a deadly plot to kidnap Fuyutsuki. Tōru Fujisawa (japanese: 藤沢とおる; also Toru, Tôru Fujisawa or Tooru Fujisawa) began his career as mangaka in 1989 with Adesugata Junjou Boy serialized in the Weekly Shonen Magazine.
This is my favorite installment in the series thus far. It's a suspensful, heartfelt conclusion to Teshigawara's story that as always left me wanting more. And we are briefly introduced to Onizuka's newest nemesis, Ms. Daimon-who makes Teshigawara look like a saint. All in all, this volume is Onizuka at it's best.

"Please, Mr. Teshigawara, stop this. You of all people should know that this is ridiculous behavior. I realize you've lived under a lot of pressure... but that is no excuse. Everybody lives with pressure--some more than others. But that's not society's fault. It's not event your parents' fault. It's our own fault. It is up to each of us, individually, to deal with our own problems."
I can't believe that a whole other volume was wasted on that creepy teacher. However, I have to admit that at the end it got better. It was will written specially about his father and his obsession of his old work .
Another very fine volume. Onizuka doesn't seek to punish bad people but to rehabilitate them. He is able to acknowledge the damage that caused their distress.
L'arc final s'enclenche !
Funniest Series EVER! My absolute favorite!! Teshigawara, having been busted, flips out and goes on a major rampage, posing as a cop. He shoots Onizuka four times, takes the school and the Headmistress hostage, while Fuyutsuki remains his captive. Some students try to help, but only get caught themselves. Onizuka shows up at the school and as usual tries to talk some sense into the man. It doesn't really work seeing as he ends up jumping off the roof anyway. Teshigawara's older genius brother shows up, too and reveals that he and his father both lost their prestigious jobs and their father has gone nutty so Teshi is actually doing better than them all now and shouldn't feel inferior. That doesn't work either and this is when he jumps. We also learn about his tragic past because, of course there's one in every case. I still don't like Teshigawara and I hope he disappears from the series altogether. The last two volumes are not my favorite because of the main running story, but there are still a couple of funny side stories in them.
Read this series first back in adolescence, and as I go through the same books this present day I find how resonant some themes that the author touches upon remain. Surely at face value the series might come across as silly or over the top; but it is in fact deeply rooted in everyday themes, troubles, vulnerabilities, passions among other threads. A real depiction of human connection as a manga can get.
