Tony Santino is a drug-abusing, booze-guzzling, sex-obsessed man-child living in the small town of Gehenna. No matter how many half-assed attempts he makes, he can't seem to get a grip on his life. Luckily for him, his best friend Jebediah Parish, General Manager of the fast-food chain Patty Palace, hired him as a favor to try and help him out.
But when Tony gets stuck working a double shift on Halloween night, he realizes his life is about to take the most bizarre turn yet. Enter Reverend Virgil Dume--a greasy, masochistic, God fearing preacher, evangelizing about the end of the world. Soon after, Tony, Jeb, and the nightshift crew experience the Gates of Hell being unleashed onto their lovely establishment. Four demoness sisters led by the Mother of Demons herself, Lilith, begin to inhabit and wreak havoc on Patty Palace.
Tony and the crew are now faced with the unfortunate task of collaborating with each other amongst the chaos in order to stop this unholy monstrosity. Though none of them are necessarily competent, they just might be stubborn and egotistical enough to not give up without a fight. Follow them on their blood-soaked Odyssean journey as they embark somewhere in between the hellish underworld and their soul sucking jobs. Come to think of it, is there really a difference?

Drive-Thru Hell is a hard hitting, fast-paced horror epic.

Drive-Thru Hell by Jeremy Crews
https://horrorbookwormreviews.com/

A most peculiar occurrence is taking place at the Patty Palace Restaurant. Co-workers seem to be trapped within its walls all the while a portal to hell has been opened and shit is about to go down. The link between the living world and the demon realm has fallen upon the employees of Patty Palace. The courage to survive and save mankind becomes an unholy burden for the most unlikely of heroes.

Author Jeremy Crews is open for business to creepy prophets, Latin speaking demons and unexplained paranormal activities. The Daughter of Illusion, the Eater of Souls, the Empress of Desire and the Mother of Demons; these four Queens of Satan have arrived at Drive-Thru Hell. What happens when the netherworld and a restaurant run by a diverse group of mediocrities clash? An absorbing storyline with a sharp tongued dialogue. Join Jeremy Crews’s unique sexy spirit world and discover a greasy menu of comedic carnage.

Drive-Thru Hell contains a perfect amount of unrelenting laugh out loud moments as well as just enough technicolor terror to proclaim a morbid must read. Seductive witches, ghostly possessions and satanic worship warrants this as the red headed stepchild of Blood Diner and Evil Dead 2.

God and the Devil. Destruction and Chaos. Opening the pages to this silly satanic panic novel is like opening the Gates of Hell inside a Denny’s. Have yourself a bloody good time and oh yes, don’t forget to bring your favorite engraved sacrificial knife to the dinner buffet, you’ll need it. A five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Horror Bookworm Recommendation.

Not my usual genre but had a blast reading this book. It felt like clerks 2 meets evil dead. Definitely worth a read. Looking forward to seeing what comes next!

This book blew me away. How is this a debut novel?? The characters were so fun that I kind of wished I was part of the night crew at the Patty Palace. The story was dark, hilarious, a bit gross (not overly gross just the right amount), heartbreaking and just overall entertaining. I almost want to say it has a bit of a bizzaro feel to it. I want everyone to read this book.

Wow. Where to begin? My new book to read this week was this gem from Jeremy Crews, who I met recently at Not Just Another Comic Con. I really wasn’t sure what to expect because it seemed so different than anything I’ve ever read before. I’ve not really read much horror books, and nothing really this type of horror either. But Jeremy was such a cool, down-to-earth dude and seemed so nice and quiet, I was intrigued by the concept and just how this book would be from the guy I had met. Drive Thru Hell was a wild ride from cover to cover, and I never wanted to get off the trip. How did this stuff come from the cool, chill, seemingly quiet guy I had met? This book was crazy, nuts, bizarre, and all sorts of those type of adjectives, but by George it was also fantastic and everything I could ever want in a book. I was hooked on the characters, the story and honestly I was highly upset it ended. If there’s not a sequel in the future, I may cry, but if not, least I enjoyed this amazing journey written by an even better writer.

So, this is not at all my usual cup of tea when it comes to reading. It’s gross and grimy and filled with a lot of explanation about being inside a woman’s anatomy as if it were a bouncy house (you’ll read it and understand what I mean). At times, I felt like a I needed a smoke break - and I don’t smoke.

However - the author has a fantastic ability to paint a picture so vivid you feel like you’re THERE, in the Patty Palace with all of these burnouts fighting evil. I love that. And the last third of the book especially becomes a nonstop thrill, wondering who will prevail. It’s a solid debut novel, and I’m excited to see what he does next!

Sex, drugs, rock 'n roll, hamburgers, and demons. It's an odd mix, but one that works like an absolute charm. A brilliant debut novel that delivers a mix of gore and comedy that works like a charm. I certainly hope this isn't our final foray into the strange little town of Gehenna.

"Now, there's no easy way to say this, so I'm just going to say it. We, the nightshift at Patty Palace, have discovered..atleast I'm pretty sure..that the portal to Hell has been opened and some shit is about to go down."

Horror, humour, hamburgers, sex, drugs, and rock n roll.
Welcome to the Patty Palace on Halloween night where every man and his dog wants a burger and that includes Reverend Virgil Dume who drives all the staff insane, and Isabelle to her usual hiding place. A gorgeous young girl catches Tony's attention but he's out of luck working a double shift.

I was obsessed with this book and its characters immediately won me over. Who would have thought working in a burger joint could make for one heck of a story. My heart could have burst with excitement between the gore and giggles. I was thoroughly impressed and entertained by this debut novel by Jeremy Crews. The characters were well fleshed out, the plot was compelling, and it was such an exhilarating read.

If you are looking for some classic B-horror then this is a perfect book for you plus check out the amazing cover art!

This is the kind of book I normally wouldn’t read, but I really loved it. I feel like there was a little bit of everything. Lots of satire, lots of sex, drugs and rock and roll, and lots of characters that I didn’t particularly like ( I don’t think you’re supposed to), but felt very familiar with. I feel like we all went to high school with someone like Tony. He’s kind of a caricature of our one friend that we don’t know why we are still friends. A few parts of this book genuinely creeped me out, but also found myself literally laughing out loud. A weird version of the heroes journey, evil dead meets the goonies?

Really bad writing. We are told everything and shown nothing. Odd and off-putting sex scenes. The author could use a thesaurus and a creative writing class.
