Not a very in-depth devotional. It's really just a nice starter to a quiet time. I loved some of the recipes and the reminders to slow down, and enjoy beauty and tea.

What a wonderful heart Emilie has for the Lord and the women that are willing to pick up her books. She is one of my favorites, and this involves talk of things that interest women. It also has words for all tea lovers of which I definitely am. I worked through this with my youngest daughter who appreciates her words too.

What a delightful devotional! I appreciate Emilie Barnes’ writing and enjoyed starting each day with a Scripture reading, brief devotional with a practical application, tea quotes and poems, suggestions for tea-time and tea-related recipes. Loved it!

This book was so comforting. I read it while sipping tea in front of the fire with my dog on my lap and a candle burning. It will calm your mind and body. Each page is Hygge for the soul.

This is definitely a devotional I would recommend. I love the southern tea theme. Definitely a winner in my book.

A rich resource to accompany a cup of tea whatever time one takes it. As author, Emilie Barnes, states in her opening dedication ~

"I encourage each of you to add
one more element to your habit of tea --
that of enriching your life
with healthy reading materials."

then offers readers this lovely reading companion filled with inspiriting quotes, scripture, thoughts that both comfort and challenge to action, prayers, gratitude, and delish recipes.

An absolute delight to have and keep at hand adding another on hand for gifting!
So whilst it's marked 'read' it will continue as 'currently reading'.

Emilie Barnes writes with warmth and clarity and this pocket-size devotional was a sweet combination of two of my loves, faith and tea. She inspired me to seek fellowship with others through the ritual of tea, something so simple that can bring people together in a big way.

It's good but more geared towards moms and wives. Didn't find the subject matter relevant to me. Not one I will keep.
