Oh, dear. Let's start the Halloween season with something spicy and steamy, exactly like this book. This one was one hella sexy book. A (lusty) love at first sight under duress. What can I say, falling in love like there's no tomorrow was the best kind of romance story for me.

So, I'm gonna spill a bit. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Our H, a super hunky dory cop, and our h, a sweet innocent college girl, met at one of those Halloween-charity functions. One look and they were lost, lost in love andddd lust. Unfortunately, a few things happened and they had a life-threatening situation. But that's where everything got steamier!!

See, Jisa Dean never fails to make a super steamy book. The thing was, no matter how crazy the situation was for the MCs, they always find a way to get smutty. I mean she was right. If you can't do it now, then when? the time is ticking and it was the best time to find your love!!

I just, um....no, nope, uh-uh. Instalove and no substance. The first person POV was quite tedious to sludge through. I read this for a group challenge, and was glad it was short.

I’m used to Jisa Dean being way over the top. This was good but there was a lot of concentration on the Halloween plot and to be honest, that’s not what I’m here for lol. I liked Cole but wanted him to be a little more OTT alpha. Still, a nice little read for Halloween.

What a great little Spooky Season read! I devoured Cooper and Saffie’s story. While there was Halloween fun and folklore, there were definitely some supernatural elements in there. And hot? Wow. Cooper and Saffie have off the charts chemistry. Super steamy. I loved it.

I absolutely loved this book. It was sweet, sexy and a little intriguing. Cooper and Saffie were great characters. Cooper knew instantly that she was the one for him. Their night doesn’t go quite as planned but their journey brings them closer than they could have ever expected.

This story started with the cover, which is way cool, and got smokin hot from there. He was so stunned by his first look at her, he made sure she ran into him. From there he kept her as close as possible, until he got the sweetest treat of all, her forever. Loved their epilogue!!
