Award-winning author, Jordyn Kross, is an unapologetically naughty novelist who spent years honing her writing skills with tech manuals and marginal poetry before finding her passion for writing sexy, boundary-stretching happily-ever-afters.
When she’s not writing, she’s attempting to garden in the desert Southwest, hiking with her insane pound posse, and admiring that handsome man wandering around her house who continues to stay.
Jordyn enjoys saucy double entendres, pretending to be an extrovert, and is well-known for having no filter. And when she’s not in social media jail, she can be found on Facebook, Instagram, and Goodreads, or hiding in a dark cave peering out at Twitter.
Her award-winning Melting Hearts series of contemporary erotic romance is currently only on Amazon. Her first carnal mystery (there's nothing cozy about it), Dirty Daisy, is available wherever ebooks are sold, and some shady back alleys. It's official--I have a new author to add to my "one click" list. My wallet will not be thanking me but Jordyn Kross won me over with Winter's List. (No spoilers here, btw!)

If you read erotic romance or romance with a high heat level and like M.J. Edwards, Meka James, and Elia Winters, you should try this one.

This MMF menage romance really hit it out of the park. A lot of menage romance stories only give a little bit of the relationship between some of the couples and the threesome (if you're lucky), but Winter's List explores ALL of the couples and the threesome as a whole--you feel like you're getting 4 romances for the price of 1! And I loved that the two men in the story were involved with each other, both sexually and in the relationship.

The author isn't afraid to get deep in the feels, either. The characters, even when they're uncomfortable with something, do talk to each other. There are plenty of light moments too! I legitimately laughed out loud at some of the funny moments.

I felt like I got to know each of the characters and what made them tick, and that's why they were so good together. Dominating silver-fox Ned; sweet, sassy Southern Jack; and smart, inquisitive Missy who really comes into her own. Loved them all! If I had to pick a favorite (it's really hard to!), I'd pick Jack--he's the most in-tune with himself and his Texan phrases are adorable.

And the sex scenes--whoa. They're sizzling. That's all I can say. I need a drink and a cigarette. And I don't smoke, lol!

I can't wait for more of the Melting Hearts series if they're all this good.

First things first: I love a good MMF ménage, and this story started out as many do: with a woman at a low point in her life who finds safety, solace and satisfaction with two sexy, loving men. But it had a DELICIOUS twist that I rarely see in ménages--a twist that was done really well: a complex unrequited love story between the two heroes.

When Melissa is abandoned physically, emotionally and financially by her boyfriend the summer after she graduates from law school, she's forced to flee the city and squat in the beachfront rental they'd planned to stay in for the summer. She'll lick her wounds and live as simply as possible, since she's still months away from her first paycheck and will no longer be sharing the bills with a partner. Well...she would have if her jerk of an ex hadn't stuck her with unpaid rent for the summer cottage.

Broke and alone, she grudgingly accepts the help of fellow vacationers, Edward and Jack, who she met by happenstance on her journey and who find her in low spirits later when they run into her in town. Already partners in nearly every way--best friends, business partners, but not exactly lovers--both men align about bringing Melissa into their fold. Their loving ways heal her heart and lead to an utterly satisfying sexual awakening.

But here's where it gets really, really good--loving Melissa forces Edward and Jack to work through their own baggage, because there's more to their ménage than them simply sharing her. Let's just say that one of them is resisting his attraction to the other and it all comes to a head when they confront their love for Melissa :)

I won't say more, because, spoilers. But this is an utterly worthy read, a tremendous debut and a book that makes me clamor for more from Jordyn Kross.

I need to get better at being able tell full on romances books apart from erotica, because this is not for me... I don't mind smut, but not as much in books, I need the emotional investment (which I have when reading fic with my faves), and it's hard to build up that when the book cares more about the sex than building the relationship (which was also a point with this romance!!)

I liked the characters a lot, they were well written and interesting people, and the book explored their personal struggles and how that impacted their relationship, and moving forward and communicated, but I also felt the relationship moved too fast, we didn't get how they got where they were emotionally!!

Still on relationships, the book delivered what it made me curious about, which was the dynamic between Jack and Ned, which had more of an emotional component, considering their history and past, and you felt that build up!!! This could have been enough for this book to be 3 stars, if it hadn't walked into an harmful bisexual stereotype, please just don't go around making it like they can't be in a couple, because they're bisexual, this idea that someone who's bisexual is always going to be missing something is bullshit and I'm tired.

Finally, on the plot, they just threw some things in there at the end, and it just felt like they were trying to fill up more pages - a lot of it just felt unnecessary through the whole thing the book was their sexual adventure and then they three some plot at the end!!

So yeah, at the end of the day this is a two star, I probably recommend this, but if you wanna go for it, do it.

Talk about a bucket list! Menage stories do not really appeal to me but I saw a recommendation for this book and decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! In most menage stories not enough focus is put into the actual relationship but this one is rather well done. I will definitely be reading more from this author.

Hubo algunas cosas muy random, idk. Empezó decente y terminó muy precipitado. Pero bueno, las escenas spicy si están pasables 🫡

A great story to read

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Missy, Jack, and Ned meet at an airport heading to a tropical island. Missy has just broke up with her boyfriend and is between homes. She literally bumps into Jack in a shop at the airport and is overwhelmed with how handsome he is. Ned is Jacks best friend and love interest. When they meet on the airline they get along fine but it is only when Missy discovers that her bungalow that she had rented has been damaged in the store that she calls on need to rescue her. What starts off as a vacation romance turns into a in everlasting love and happily ever after.

I am voluntarily leaving my positive review for this book.

This is honestly the most beautiful polyamorous relationship I've ever read.

“Don’t think for a minute I don’t respect you, your talent, and your intellect. I know you’re brilliant.” He tucked a stray lock of hair behind her ear. “But you don’t need to be the strong one with us. You’ve had to be too strong for too long. Let us care for you. Please.”

✔️MMF why choose romance
✔️vacation fling to more (strangers to lovers)
✔️spicy bucket list
✔️so much pining (friends to lovers)
✔️a little bit of suspense

3.5⭐️

I enjoyed the first half of the book quite a lot, but then it kind of lost me. While I like the FMC for the most part, she runs away instead of communicating and it happens over and over to the point where it was too much in my opinion. Both MMCs have their flaws as well of course, but the FMC’s constant running kind of pushed all of the other issues into the background. The spice is consistently good, and is used to further the plot and relationship dynamics. While there is a lot of it, it is necessary for the story being told. I like the relationships and how well the characters work together, but they needed to get out of their own way a little bit sooner (especially the FMC).

This is an angsty story and things are definitely difficult for the MCs including dealing with a cruel ex wife, insecurities, miscommunication, someone out to hurt the FMC and work drama (I thought the suspense subplot would end up being the main source of relationship drama but I was wrong), but there is a happily ever after, and it was nice watching them (finally) work together to figure out how they can be together for real. I like that there are essentially four relationships being explored in this book, and they are all given equal page time and importance (MMC and FMC, MMC and MMC, MMC and FMC, and all three together). While the majority of the second half was kind of difficult to get through (because it just kept getting more over the top and felt like a drag to read) the last couple of chapters are great and give the same feeling as the first half of the story.

Whooo boy. 🥵

I debated on this one because I generally prefer romance over erotica, but it came highly recommended (and free on a Stuff Your Kindle day) from a trusted friend so I took the chance.

And hole cheezus I’m glad I did.

The story is standard romance fare and super sweet and fun. The characters are well defined and believable and their pining is delicious. I could have done with more of the pining, if I’m being honest, but that’s my own preferences showing.

There is homophobia, but it’s not especially venomous, and there’s mention of past suicide as an indirect result of homophobia. So that’s a thing to watch out for.

Where this story stands out best (which makes sense, given the erotica genre) is the spice.

Jezuss gawd this spice.

The book premise is kicking off items from our girl’s sexy bucket list, so there’s a variety of extracurriculars and goings on, but it doesn’t feel like they’re ticking off a to do. It feels organic and natural and I am fully here for it.

One thing that stood out to me is Missy’s participation in the booty hijinks. Maybe it’s just because I tend to focus on romance, maybe it’s more common in erotica, but I’ve rarely seen an mmf where the woman is so willing and eager to help prep her men for each other. She was all up in there and it was fuckhot.

All in all, in the balance of good and bad, the good far outweighs the weird angst and bafflingly random excitement at the end of their island stay. Despite some hiccups, I’m giving this a fice star and will be adding it to my permanent collection.

What a naughty list

Missy has this horrible breakup with her boyfriend Carter. He leaves her after they have sex. Not very good sex, but still they were boyfriend and girlfriend. How could he break up with her like that? They were planning a romantic trip to the islands. All paid for. By Missy. What is she supposed to do now? Take the trip, that’s what.

On the plane she meets Ned and Jack. Thank God. The place she was supposed to go to was destroyed by a hurricane. And stupid Carter never told her. Now she’s in a foreign island with nowhere to stay. Ned and Jack offer her a room in their place.

The attraction between the three of them is off the wall. And when Missy tells them she wants to create a list of things she’d like to do sexually, the story really heats up.

You really want to root for Missy and Ned and Jack. They make a lovely throuple. But there are people who are jealous or catty about them. The different twists and turns made this story very compelling. Excellent book to start this series.

Sweet and steamy, but read with a handful of salt.

The premise is a month-long beach vacation with a sexual bucket list, so you know going in that this book shouldn’t be taken too seriously.

That said, there’s a heavy implication in the book that the characters believe bisexuality means requiring sex with a man and a woman simultaneously to be sexually fulfilled and… that’s not how bisexuality works.

There are also bits around corporate governance and personal security operations that don’t hit right, but hey, there’s also an implication that key people are bad at their jobs, so maybe that’s enough to handwave it away.

I gave it 5 stars because it’s sweet and steamy and a fun little romp, with just enough emotion/romance to keep it from being smut. The plot was a little unrealistic but it’s centred around a tropical island sex bucket list, so I wasn’t expecting it to be realistic.

Ok so the first half of this book was pretty good. Missy, having recently been dumped by her boyfriend, in between jobs, and technically homeless for a month, heads on the vacation she planned for her ex and meets two best friends who rescue her from her uninhabitable rental house. Jack and Ned, secretly pining for eachother, see Missy as the perfect fix for their issues. Missy sees them as a way to experiment with sex after her dull boyfriend. This had so much promise. Despite some plot holes, the first chunk of this book is steamy and fun. The second half is weird and hard to get through. The twist was predictable and miscommunication will ALWAYS annoy me. Missy was practically unbearable towards the end and the epilogue pissed me off.

woah holy cow 🥵 for starters, lemme say I did not know what I was getting into. I seen it was free, and said I’ll try it out. what a wild spice ride 🥵

I didn’t take this book too seriously because of the whole month long beach vacation with a sex bucket list with 2 random men you meet on a plane? yea, this was just here for the pure smut in my opinion. I did throughly enjoy the humor, and sweet words but definitely vote this erotica which was a first for me. I have to say it again because i truly did not realize what I was getting myself into when I just randomly chose to read this book but wow 😂 the plot may have been a bit unrealistic, but if you’re here for a wild ride MMF, I would take a solid yes vote for this.

HOT HOT HOT
Not usually what I pick up, but wow. Steamy sexy nothing held back story. And I'm impressed with how the author was able to manage not one love connection, not two love connections, but freaking four! Missy, Ned. Missy, Jack. Ned, Jack. And Missy, Ned, AND Jack.
But not only that, but who doesn't love a tropical setting? (I do. I'm in a landlocked state and miss the ocean something fierce) It's not all peaches and roses for the characters and that's sometimes hard to read, but that means I'm so invested in them that I hate for ANYTHING bad to happen to them. I don't want to spoil anything so I'll be intentionally vague. But man, the plot twists that are thrown in there... You don't see them coming!
Well done for a debut! Can't wait to see what she writes next!

Sweet & sexy

This romance was a little hard to wade through as the writing seemed a little too heavy with plot details that didn’t necessarily move the story along. I still enjoyed the chemistry between Jack, Ned & Missy. It was a steamy, romantic story of how live bloomed between three. I think the writer could have developed more the relationship between the two men but I still liked this romance. I recommend for fans of mm love stories.

So, this book started awesome, but somewhere in the middle it got boring. It was your fluffy romance with a twist.

An ahole ex, a semi ruined vacation (until out FMC is “rescued” by two hot hunks) and a bucket list that is there to make all fantasies come true! It was one fun read and i honestly loved it, but somewhere from the middle i thought it was dragging a bit, but it was the perfect read for a beach day!

Boundry pushing spicy

The writing is good and the spice is great, different than what I normally read in a why choose romance. There is male bisexuality but done well because you can see these characters falling for each other and the how they struggled with that. Miscommunication leads to danger. I enjoyed this story still but I felt some things could have been discussed by the end of the story to close out some of their issues.

Trip

Wow. One trip can change you. For missy it started with a sandwich at the airport. Then meeting two amazing guys. Everything she hoped for wanted. Finally happened for her. He ex never gave her what she really needed. But Her and Jack want her for her and respect her. Great story.

I won't lie, I grabbed this one because it promised steamy smut, and it definitely delivered on that front. *fans self*
But I also liked the 3 of them and their character arcs, and what little plot and suspense was mixed in with all the sexy goodness. I think they've become one of my favorite throuples.

I loved it!

What a perfect story. I loved the story line, and that there was something always happening that changed the immediate outcome, but not the long term picture. Just a FYI, there is a lot of steamy sex. I love it but some people might not. That said, I definitely recommend this book to everyone.

This was my first book by this author so didn’t really know what to expect.

I did find out that Ned, Jack and Melisa all made quite the trio! The story moved along nicely with great character development – both as individuals and as a trio. I found their bucket list to be interesting – fulfilling all their fantasies and then some! Overall a good read and I would recommend to others!

good read

I liked the book. It had a storyline and it wasn’t just sex. Although it was steamy. I think my only criticism would be I wished Jack and Ned had more scenes where they connected. We knew they loved each other, but we had to imagine that.

I am at the fifty percent mark, and I am just trudging through this book. It feels like it’s dragging and not really getting to any point. Everyone is thinking a lot of things, but nobody’s acting on the thoughts.

So I’m done with it.

Cute and 🌶️

I picked those book up blind from a stuff your kindle day and it was a great “warm and fuzzy” between the dark romance trend I typically follow. The list moves pretty slow at first but picks up there at the end 🌶️🌶️🌶️
