About the author

I write stories that are true lies because they represent the things I have seen or done. Because everybody has a story to tell but not necessarily the ability to tell it. I'm motivated by the struggle because it's real and what I come from, but I held onto dreams of better things. I represent Washington D.C which is a melting pot of multicultural backgrounds, so when I write I do it in hopes that everyone can relate somehow. I give all glory to God for my creative talent, and I remain humble by all that I was given. I am inspired by my fans because it is crazy that I have fans that is something else I am humbled by. The best way to describe me is a rose that grew from concrete (shout out to Tupac). If you don't like me it's okay to hate me because I was born for this and I live life on my own terms. lets get straight in to it, the novel was pretty good ,i loved the fact ivy was able to fill her dads shoes in such a short period of time, she used everything her dad taught her and ran with it, soloman was a smart guy i really wish we had more of his character in the book ( a little back ground on how he got to the top), solomans right hand i wanted to know why he betrayed him the way that he did, i feel like the author could have a given a back story a little, everything was straight to the punch and they were killed off way to early.. ivy i loved her the whole book, she was smart and used everything her dad taught her and ran with it , ebony was my least favorite character, she was effy and all her scenes where sex scenes it was way to annoying and dreadful

This is a must read. I think it's the best book I've read in a long time. It will surprise the reader who lives and who dies. Bit is possible to be friends and enemies at the same time.
