Counting this long ass book cuz I independently chose to read it. Love my theory of choice. Great great book. Read every page. Will reference continually.
ACT just feels like choice theory on steroids and I don’t know if it’s actually worth the extra effort. Plus, dude is kinda annoying with all his “this part is important” comments. If it’s not all important, why’d you put it in the book?
I definitely loved this easy to read and process book about ACT. It's a good beginners guide to people interested and to therapists who want to use this modality with clients.
