In exactly ONE, O-N-E. Week he falls madly head over heels in love with her. His previous relationship lasted 2 years and she breaks up with him because he’s a work-a-holic that loves his job more than anything else.
So you’re telling me that within a week - homeboy is like nah, you’re the love of my life and NOTHING else matters?!?!?

fucking slow burn dude
so they’ve been together a week and are already in love?? AND THEN HE ASKS HER TO MARRY HIM? this is so unrealistic and just rushed for literally no reason.
this book is giving me the ick. he pays her to be his fake girlfriend, is in love with her immediately but is constantly giving her whiplash. and now they’re getting married?? all in a week??
of all the characters to see their wedding through, it’s this one? this rushed one that just gives me the ick. i don’t like this couple very much. i didn’t hate it entirely but it just felt so lacking. compared to the other three, this one did not fit and it felt like fluff until 65% and then it was a race to the finish line which was so strange.

I will start with the only reason I finished it was because it was so short.
It felt so incredibly rushed, I mean, again, I know it's a short book, but compared to the other 3, this one was hella rushed, and it shows.
You also need an editor because the number of errors in this kept taking me right out of the story. Very disappointing book overall.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Presley was on her way to work when she is literally bumped in to by Carson, things go from bad to worse when his watch gets caught on her dress and it ends up ripped. She can see how distracted Carson is and that he is desperate to impress his boss’s, agrees to a night of being his fake girlfriend after discovering that he has just been dumped. However, it soon turns out to be a night to remember after the impression she leaves on his bosses with her imaginative tongue leading the way to life she dreams of but is no where near her reality. It is clear that this is a relationship that is going to be more than just a night and although she tries to keep feelings out of the arrangement, she soon realizes that her heart didn’t get the memo but with her past can she trust that this man really wants her and all her curves?
Carson is a dedicated workaholic who has forgotten more dates with his girlfriend Angeline than he has remembered recently, however this night is important to him and arrives to pick up Angeline when she dumps him, he needs a date like now so when he literally bumps into Presley and when he catches her dress with his watch, he immediately offers to replace the dress and explains his situation. She is the perfect solution to his problem; he offers to pay her for to be his fake girlfriend for the night and help him win over his boss’s. She is the ultimate hit and what was meant to be a one-time arrangement turns into a week and it isn’t long until Carson wants all the days after, but can he convince Presley that what they have is more than an arrangement or will the past ruin the future?
This was genuinely a laugh out loud book with so many funny moments, I think that Presley is one of my favourite characters ever with her elaborate stories and wild imagination. Loved her friendship with Mia. Carson and Presley go into this relationship with an arrangement and are more real with each other than they have ever been with anyone else which leads to love. Highly recommended 4.5* read if you like a fun and short story.

I think this is my least favourite book of the series.
Carson's girlfriend of two years breaks up with him before a really important work dinner and on his way out of her building he runs -literally- into Presley. He ruins her dress so takes her to buy another one then asks her to go to the dinner with her as his fake girlfriend. She impresses his boss with her charm (and fake accent) and they get invited to go skiing.
So he makes it clear his job will always come first and getting his promotion is all he cares about but he does like Presley. He sticks up for her when a ski instructor fat shames her and tells her shes beautiful then he backs off, then he kisses her and tells her it was for practice so she sets some boundaries which i liked. She tells him you cant be nice to me and then back off so he says OK.
Not long later he decides he needs to give it a chance and he asks her if she will be up for that. He explains his job will come first but he will give her as much time as he can. She agrees and then they are a couple.
At dinner a few nights later his ex walks in like nothing happened and sits next to him and tells everyone they are engaged. He tells her pretty quick that she needs to leave but the damage was done and Presley also leaves. He finds her and tells her her loves her and everything is OK.
This story was way too short. There wasn't any time for me to believe these two were in love. Within a week he goes from workaholic who doesn't want to loose focus to madly in love and taking a month off.
It would have been 2 stars but i put and extra for the pretty woman references and for the way he stood up for her.

Carson is on his way to a big event as he stops to pick up his girlfriend Angeline. However, she is mad at him for being so busy with his work that he stood her up quite a bit the last month or so. So she says no to the event. He is rushing so he runs down the stairs, and bumps into Presley who is in a sequined dress. It gets caught on his fancy watch and rips. This part is funny. A deal is made and he rushes with Presley to a boutique and she gets a dress and Manolos. They go to the event and she brings Carson to the focus of the big bosses. Brody as usual is a grump, but he is Carsons bud. Presley opens her mouth in front of the big bosses and Carson and Presley are invited to the chalet in Switzerland- only problem- she said she knew how to ski and she doesn’t. Lol
Carson is drawn to Presley and she to him, even tho this is supposed to be a friend who comes to events only thing. Now Presley is a plus sized gal, as I am and I’m proud of her. There are people who fat shame her in the book and I like how she handles it. I also liked the fact that twizzlers is one of her faves. Mine too. There are a few reveals about their pasts.
I really enjoyed seeing some of the couples from the past books and to know that Brody the Grump is up next. I can’t wait. This book was awesome and I loved it.

The basis for the story was okay. This may be more of a 3.5 star book.
Carson was a driven man who didn't seem like he would ever be satisfied with his station in his professional life. That may come from his background. He was an only child raised by a single mother.
Presley was a full figured woman who had been hurt frequently in the past by men who cheated on her so, she kept her guard up.
The two literally stumble upon each other and that is when the deal to be his fake girlfriend is hatched.
The progression of the story was a bit conflicting. Through most of the book, it is a slow burn, dry at times. Then all of a sudden everything happens at once. It was quite unrealistic. Definitely, a fairy tale. I was expecting more to happen toward the end regarding Carson's ex girlfriend, to give it more substance. I had a hard time getting into the physical aspect of Carson because he was not really described other than the color of his eyes, dark. We know that Presley is short because it was stated, but is Carson tall as well as muscular??
There are several references to the movie Pretty Woman, too many, so if you like that movie you will like this book. It is basically a rendition of the movie.

This is the 4th book in The Curves of Wall St. series featuring the charming fake girlfriend romance between Carson and Presley. It's a big night for Carson he has a big event to attend so he stops to pickup his girlfriend of 2yrs Angeline who has a problem with how much Carson's been working lately. Carson has been so busy that he stood Angeline up so she decides to return the favor and not attend his event. While he's rushing out of Angeline's he runs down the stairs since he's really in a hurry and he bumps into Presley whose sequined dress got caught in his fancy watch and the dress ripped. Carson makes a deal with Presley and they rush to a boutique so she can get a new dress and shoes then they go to the event where Presley manages to make Carson the focus of the big bosses and get them invited to Switzerland. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this charming fake girlfriend romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

Another Wall Street titan meets his match. I loved how this story starts with the meet-cute of a freshly ‘dumped’ Carson literally bumping into Presley on the street outside his now ex-girlfriend's apartment. I loved the character of Presley, she is sassy, self-confident and – right from the start- calls Carson on his character flaws. The story engages the reader as it is workaholic Carson who starts to ‘catch’ feelings first as their arrangement – initially for one night – develops into a longer-term deal. There are many laugh out loud moments, such as when Presley is trying to impress Carson’s bosses at the initial function she is ‘employed’ to attend. Her imagination and tongue get the better of her and with her verbal meanderings, she forces them both to continue their fake relationship on a trip to Switzerland (including her having to learn to ski)! The novel is an amusing and enjoyable read and, despite being the latest in a series, is a totally stand-alone story with a satisfactory HEA.

Presley charms his bosses so much that they agree on a more long term arrangement as his fake girlfriend. But the more time they spend together, he starts to wish it was real. But Presley has trust issues from her past relationships and can't believe that this rich sexy man could really want her shirt and curvy self.
This book has so many laugh out loud moments and great curvy girl representation. It's kind of like Pretty Woman but funnier. It can be read as a standalone, but now I want to read the rest of the series!

Faking it until they are not! This is about Presley and Carson. Presley meets Carson by accident as her dress and his watch get connected and he is in a rush as his girlfriend of a couple of years, Angeline, just dumped him on an important night for his career. Hence, she dumped him because he always put his work ahead of her. Presley is heading into work as a coat checker, but he gets an idea to pay her to come out with him and act as his date/girlfriend. He buys her a new dress and all, the only thing she was to do was smile and stay quiet. That didn’t work out as expected and instead, she ended up faking an accent and won over the main man Carson was trying to impress. Now they were both invited to a weekend in Switzerland! This is how it all starts and ends there too! This was great now I can’t wait for Brody and Mia’s story!

I loved Wall St. Tease: a billionaire romance Book 4 of The Curves of Wall St. Carson is desperate, he needs a fake girlfriend to pass off to his boss so he can get a promotion. Presley just happens to be in the right place at the right time, unfortunately, she works at a strip club. As their fake relationship grows so do real feelings but when the truth comes out will it end their relationship and Carson’s chance at a promotion? Presley wasn’t supposed to fall in love but she did and now her heart may be broken. Such a sweet love story, two broken souls mending each other. I absolutely loved this storyline and the characters. I can’t wait for the next book. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

The fourth novel in Megan Wade's phenomenally entertaining and well-written The Curves of Wall St. series is no exception. Wall St. Tease takes my favourite trope (fake relationship) with absolutely awesome characters and spins a fairy tale romance you won't be able to put down. Carson and Presley are fabulous characters on their own - and together they are pure magic. I can hear Presley speak every line in my head she is written so authentically, and Carson is swoon-worthy even when he's, in fact, not being so. They seem like complete opposites, but really are so very similar - and they bring out the best in one another from their hilarious meet-cute through to the second epilogue. Love, love, love. Cannot recommend this book enough.

-This is Carson and Presley's story. Carson is stuck-up but Presley is hilarious but she's committed at helping Carson get the promotion he wants so much. Apparently, it's important to know that they are both dark-skinned.
-I found it quite unbelievable that Carson would go at least two weeks without bed activities with Angeline - his ex-GF who dumped him when he needed her most - but he is quick to go with Presley without protection. They are complete strangers; is he insane?
-Good character development, great pace, drama with Douglas' wife and her friend, which happens to be Angeline, the same one, yes. I had a feeling she'd come back but wow. Good romance and fun.

I tried hitting the star button several times over to see if I could give this book more stars, but it wouldn’t let me! This book is so funny and I loved watching the characters develop right before my eyes. Presley is a down to earth girl that speaks her mind. Carson is a workaholic but meeting Presley has him rethinking his ways. They definitely has their share of entertaining and steamy moments!
From the moment I picked up this book, all I wanted to do was read it. I could not believe how wonderfully well this was written even though this author is a favorite of mine who never disappoints. Though part of a series, this fabulous book can be read as a standalone.

What a lovely, sweet story that I read mostly with a smile on my face. Presley was a strong independent woman on the outside but having been hurt in the past she sometimes struggled with her confidence so when she literally bumped into Carson she gave him her sassy side. Carson lived for his work & no time for permanent relationships so when he met Presley there was something about her that saw him offering a proposition of her pretending to be his girlfriend. We saw them embark on a journey which was full of lust, lots of flirting, steam & emotional at times when Presley's self esteem was knocked but also how their feelings & relationship changed.

She's comical, he's a workaholic. I really enjoyed reading this, their fake relationship was such a smooth occurrence. I love the pace and how supportive they were of one another as they get to know one another and figure out to be fake with all their chemistry. Their personalities, circumstance and proximity are all held somethings that I could relate to or wish for. Very romantic, they're definitely connected and perfect for one another and their story was a joyful and heartfelt experience. "Wall St. Tease" is a very sweet story that somehow reminds of "Pretty Woman" (as it is also mentioned).
The story is well written, without unnecessary angst and silly misunderstandings (which i really appreciate in a romance).
The characters are honest with one another and solid.
There is steam, emotions and a great ending.
I will definitely read more from the author.

This was like a retelling of Pretty Woman but without the heroine being a call girl. I loved their meet-cute and the way that Carson completely stands up and protects Presley even before they are together. The fact that he takes the time to see the real person behind her fake cover story, is a true testament to their love. It's steamy and low on drama and has a fairy tale ending. It's another hit Megan Wade story.
I also loved the set up and teaser meet cute for the couple to star in book 5. Can't wait for Brody's story. That grouchy grump is going to find his true love and have his world rocked.

This was Rom com, BBW, Fake Relationship and Grumpy /Sunshine Tropes.
I don't think I have disliked any of Megan's books. They are easy to read and sooo much fun along with hot steamy scenes.
This was just that. Presley is wonderful and a strong woman despite her situations. Carson wants to be better always and he is hot and grumpy.
Carson proposes Presley with fake relationship for a date only to help him secure partnership.
What Presley does at that date will leave you crying from laughing.
Highly recommend if you want to just let go for a few hours and laugh. Also to enjoy some Steamy moments.

Carson is on his way to an important business meeting when his girlfriend dumps him as he is a workaholic. He is in a bind so when he and Presely get entangled je offers her money to pretend to be his girlfriend. All goes well until she is asked a question and elaborates a story. Theu end up getting invited on a trip and have to keep up the charade longer. Will she be able to keep her feelings for Carson from coming through? Is he starting to be attracted to her or the fake persona she has developed. Can she trust her feelings? Read this short story to find out.

Book 4 in the series The Curves Of Wall Street, Carson and Presley story.
The workaholic Carson has eyes for only promotion until he pumps into Presley we follow there short journey. I loved Presley character the curvy girl who had a thick skin as her pass wasn’t the greatest you see how she help Carson see his life differently. Megan has written both these characters well. You will smile through this book as it’s an easy read and there is a few steamy scene for me it a 4 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In a series, but can be enjoyed as a stand-alone.
Carson is ready for what he expects to be a huge professional night for him, but it goes off the rails. As she’s rushing to work, a crazy opportunity runs directly into Presley.
Enjoyed watching these characters make the most of these situations and figure out who they really are in the process. Their chemistry and connection makes you root for them in all the situations they fall into.

This is the most hilariously fun, exciting, laugh out loud, could not put down once started read ever. Presley and Carson are such a great couple, I fell madly in love with both of them from the beginning. Presley is such a great character, and her ability to act as someone who can be anyone she wants to be is phenomenal. And Carson is hot, hot, hot. This is hot and steamy and I loved this story. It is book 4 but can be read as a standalone. Most excellent read ever.

I liked the strong female lead in Presley and the growth of the characters, especially Carson. Some of the steamy scenes and sweet moments were really well written! And the meet-cute was excellent. Overall, though, this book in the series was a weaker read for me. I'm not sure if I didn't quite feel the chemistry between Presley and Carson, but I found myself pulled out of the book by some of the thoughts and dialogue that didn't feel realistic or felt sort of cliche.

This was a wonderful story. We are taken into the lives of Carson and Megan. Carson is desperately looking for a fake girlfriend because on the day he has an important meeting his girlfriend dumps him. Once he bumps into Megan and asks if she wants to pose as his girlfriend for the meeting. The attraction and chemistry is there, but Megan is still hesitant to give herself fully to Carson because of what she's been through in the past and has a hard time trusting others. Their story is worth reading.
