In an uncertain world, we all seek a sense of security and inner peace. In Still A Guide to Living the Mindful Meditative Way shows us how to achieve this, simply by following a daily spiritual practice. In doing so, we enter into a deep connection to sacred stillness, revealing to us the beauty within the present moment.
In a book that can be followed throughout the year, or dipped in and out of to find 'still points' in times of distraction and worry, Brother Richard brings us on a transformative journey of meditation, poetry and sacred pause, enabling us to experience a sense of peace, happiness and belonging in our lives.
'Still Points is a call to stop, to consider, to see the beauty and sacredness of ourselves in everyone and everything' SISTER STAN

This entire book is like an Irish Wendell Berry writing about how to talk to God. I have given it to people who have in turn gone out to purchase 7 other copies and give it to others. I listen to Brother Richard's voice reading it on Audible all the time. He leads you through the months and how to practice mindful meditative days as clearly and easily as any great master, yet with a charm that is so Irish. I have practiced Christian meditation for decades, but this is the very best introduction and follow along I've come across. Great for beginners and for those not so new to practice. I highly recommend this beautiful book.
