A very fun start to a new Vampirella series. I'm intrigued how this series is going to go given all the stuff that happened in this issue. Jeff Parker's writing is just great, having a great balance of humor and drama that fits the tone of Vampirella very well.

Don’t know where this is headed exactly, but I enjoyed the open to this story. Seems as if it could go anywhere, which is what I like (even though not much actually happens in this first issue).
