Who exactly is Kaguuya? Why is NASA building a pond just to drain it? And how did NASA and Tsukasa get roped into visiting a haunted mansion? Fun volume.
The mysterious Kaguya gives advice to a stressed out classmate on how to pass a math exam, and we learn more about her genius and her sad home life. Nasa continues his job tutoring at a high school, and when the girls find out he lives at a public bath, they invade so they can sneak a peak at his cute wife. Later, the girls want to film their own version of The Blair Witch Project at an abandoned but luxurious local mansion that is reportedly haunted. Nasa and Tsukasa want to peak on the inside to get furniture and decorating tips, but the girls need a teacher chaperone.
The beginning few chapters of this volume give bigger hints about the deeper story bubbling under the surface on this series. Even Nasa is starting to have some lucid dreams and other important information seep into his subconscious. We’re getting close to something big! But, Hata has to keep stretching it out, so there's plenty of innocuous content throughout the volume to keep this series as a sweet, innocent story about some love-birds.
This volume is getting so close to telling the deeper story. The first two chapters were very different from what the series usually offers. Then it goes back to the slice of life components. This is creating a tonal rift that makes it difficult because I enjoy both sides of this story but feel like we are not being given enough of either. Our main couple is still adorable and a blast to watch.
Good volume, we spend a lot of time with the high school girls that Nasa is teaching. We're getting more from the weirdo Kaguya and also the group visits Tsukasa and Nasa's home at the bath house. The classes movie club leads them to a "haunted house" in the second part of this volume thats def. going to lead to some answers to who Tsukasa really is, what Nasas promise to her was, and what exactly her wish is for them. I love that this series doesn't take things too serious, but I think we're actually heading to more important content in the next few volumes. Excited to see where it goes! =)
Another cute volume in this risky love story of two newlyweds destined to be together.
I never get tired of reading this series. The characters are amusing and the girls cute. There's always something funny going on. My face character is the younger public spa sister. One, she has those super cute Harley Quinn like pigtails, a b d some of the things she says some of the funniest things.
Nasa has a strange dream. He builds a small pond for the bathing house. Some of his students find out where he lives and visit him and his wife. Some students, Aya, Nasa, and Tsukasa make a film in a "haunted" house.
