One of the easiest 5 stars I've given to a volume in this series. The whole volume is one big story arc which starts to dive into Tsukasa's backstory and reveals more about the accident which brought her and Nasa together. Really lovely stuff. Based on the covers of the next few volumes, we'll see some of what Tsukasa has lived through over her 1400 years of being 16 and I'm quite excited.

A very important volume in the series. We finally find out Tsukasa’s secret and the mystery of her past is revealed. So far, they’ve only hinted at her past; this volume straight-on addresses it. Great volume.

Volume 15 goes deep into who Tsukasa is and what happened to her. It also goes back to the night of the whole car hit and it really works well.

This is probably the most damaged we've seen Tsukasa. Hurt and lost, wondering what her next move is. On the other hand you have Nasa, who's trying his best to remember what exactly happened that night. Leaving us to a pretty satisfyingly climax. I believe we will soon be going back to the past to learn Tsukasa life all those years ago. Hopefully it remains as entertaining as the rest of the series has been.

After fourteen volumes of fun, but largely inconsequential romantic adventures, Fly Me to the Moon cranks into emotional high gear in this chapter. And what a gut punch it is (spoilers from here). We finally learn the backstory of Tsukasa, who mysteriously saved Nasa's life all those years ago, then asked him to marry her without any prior acquaintanceship...and was surprised when he accepted her offer. Tsukasa's faith in her husband is shattered when she discovers he has no memory of their first kiss...though really, considering that he'd just suffered massive trauma from a car accident you think she'd be more forgiving. Regardless, after much trial-and-error Nasa recovers his memories and recalls that Tsukasa, as much-hinted in prior chapters, is an immortal being who confided her secret to Nasa and was amazed that he didn't recoil in fear or reject her. My first impression was that this shift in tone and story felt extremely abrupt, but after fourteen books of following the couple's relationship the emotions wrought in this volume felt painfully earned, as Tsukasa and Nasa face the ultimate crisis...and ultimately, come through with their bond stronger than ever.

This may be the most important volume in the series so far. The tonal shift was pretty dramatic. The story hits hard in this one. We learn a lot about Tuskasa and the lengths that Nasa will go to for their relationship. This volume left the slice of life territory and went full on drama and I really enjoyed the focus. Very excited for volume 16.

Here it is! The big secret that Tsukasa has been keeping has been revealed, and it's revealed so nicely that the build-up was gripping and emotive!
I have to say it's not exactly what I thought the secret was, but I wasn't too far wrong!
Can't wait to see what will happen next!

Que giro tan grande ha dado la historia, ahora todo tiene sentido.

[Kizzy]

Dit volume was een beetje verwarrend in het begin, maar eindigt mooi / lief.

[Kyle]

The best volume so far, we get tons of context in this one and I'm rooting for Tsukasa and Nasa sooo much more now!

Oh my goodness!! Finally we get Tsukasa's back story. I have been waiting so long for it.
Very interesting and I love the spin it puts on the classic legend 🙌

[Gretchen]

Nasa remembers his first kiss with Tsukasa, her true identity, and his promise to her.
