Too much mis-information that can be dangerous especially for those reading this looking up to the authoritative figures that "for dummies" for guidance
Firstly the 1/3 of this book was maybe a tad but useful which actually talked some useful superfood - and some recipe ideas near the end - hence giving it some credit and 2 stars - you can see the authors have tried to be comprehensive
Why it covered shit like gardening and other topics (vaguely) was not what us readers needed our time wasted with acting as fluff and filler content - so although a lot of info - a lot of time wasted
But peppered around was clear bullshit and mis-informed info in my opinion
Things like Fluoride are good and great for teeth , diet soda for less calories a healthy option. - vitamin b12 only obtainable from certain foods, soy being good yet ignoring and claiming that there is no real - gmo dangers WTF?, ( meaning you don't need to go organic) - B,S
I could go on and on but these above and others such as recommending to microwave frozen foods - (no talk of nutritional value being lost or dangers of radiation which are evident and real) yet cheekily actually implying it's perfectly safe when it's not is an insult to people who are really needing help yet being led by the blind - ( another one was Splenda being healthy haha)
Anyway il stop there - I recommend anyone looking at this book to look up books by "David Wolfle" instead for real advice and good scientifically backed up reading You can also find great videos on YouTube and articles / interviews by him for free

How dare this piece of crap misinforms everyone that eating meat is considered a super food! On page 304 it "informs" us that eating fish bones "because their a good source of calcium. It even contradicts itself (like most misinformed nutrition books) showing clearly on a food pyramid that we only need 2 servings of protein & then later recommends buckets of dairy & meat. They even say if your a vegetarian, great you will get alot of super foods, then "again" say have pure veg days only 2/3 times a week. Sooooo basically they're saying vegies are fucked the rest of the week?
Meat used to be something we'd treat ourselves once a week/month if we were even lucky to catch animals in the wild & back then they weren't full with hormone chemicals

Básico pero concreto, tiene una buena selección de recetas en los capítulos finales.
