Wonderful Romances with a Heavy Dose of Suspense
The hero is an alpha werewolf who loves Karina but is very bad at showing it. Let's say he is trying to juggle too many major goals, and has carefully planned out everything except his mate's feelings and needs. He has a murderer to kill, a business deal to complete, treachery coming from everywhere, and he is screwing up his relationship badly. Karina is a saint! And knows how to handle this alpha male. Great story.
