Rate this book
In Steal the Reaper, Captain Ava Tan pulled off the boldest heist in history, but her success has created a whole new set of problems. Escorting Prince Kypa and Dr. Neil Garrett to Aiwa has exposed the Reaper’s potential to the galaxy. Now, the hunt is on to seize her ship. Ava and her crew must face enemies on multiple fronts. Whoever commands the Reaper will control the galaxy’s most powerful weapon and determine the fates of Earth and Aiwa.

Meanwhile, the race to harvest newfound crystals on Earth is underway. Edmund Mathias, billionaire entrepreneur, is fast at work staking his claim on Challenger Deep’s vast deposits. However, he soon discovers a second survivor from Kypa’s ill-fated mission to Earth. Knowledge of this being’s existence could jeopardize Mathias’ plans to corner the crystal market on Earth. And with the threat of intergalactic harvesters looming large, Mathias must accelerate his plans to seize this opportunity before competition arrives. Failure is not an option, and no one will stand in Edmund’s path to domination.

Todd Hosea (pronounced Ho-zee) is a writer of techno-thrillers. His works combine elements of military fiction, politics, action/adventure and sci-fi to create an edge-of-your seat experience for his readers.

With his debut novel, STEAL THE REAPER, Todd posed the question, "How would the world react if an alien spacecraft crashed inside North Korea?" Besides the social, economic and political ramifications, imagine a state sponsor of terror suddenly in possession of advanced alien technology. It could shift the balance of global power and trigger an arms race like no other. The American president is not about to let that happen. Knowing North Korea isn't about to hand over this tech voluntarily, the Americans hatch an audacious plan to steal it. Earth's fate hangs in the balance and the clock is ticking.

Action-Packed Sequel That Keeps You Hooked

This sequel took everything I loved about the first book and ramped it up even more. The plot twists kept me on the edge of my seat, and the character development was spot on. I felt like I was right there with them, facing each challenge and unraveling the mystery. The pacing is perfect, making it hard to put down once you start. If you’re a fan of the series, you won’t be disappointed with this installment. It’s a thrilling ride from start to finish, and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Hunt the Reaper was just as good as Steal the Reaper. I’ve really enjoyed these books. The action, suspense, interesting plot and characters have all made for an excellent Sci-Fi series.

Can't wait to read the next Reaper installment.

This 2nd Reaper installment built up to a very good ending. I hope the next installment is out before 2025. The characters build as the book goes along.
