Sage McConnell is new to good hope, she's accepted an offer to manage the Ding A Ling she's an experienced mixologist and there are plans to add a cocktail truck to the business.
Dexter we've encountered before has always seemed to be socially awkward has just been dumped by his girlfriend and he has no idea why? he's decided to research the subject of love, what makes fall and remain with their partners. He goes to the Ding A Ling where he meets Sage. She's interested enough to offer to help him with his research. Wade finds it easier to talk to Sage than any other person, as he's an introvert and Sage is the opposite her help with his project in invaluable.
Gladys gets involved and his her usual self, when Wade asks for the relationship cards she refuses to give them unless he's in a relationship.
Sage and Wade interview several couples to find out how the relationship cards help along with questions Wade asks.
As time passes Wade and Sage's relationship falters as he doesn't think they will work and Sage thinks he's using her. Thankfully is works out in the end. I highly recommend this book it's one of the best in the series

A fun opposites attract story, who meet in a chance meeting right after Dexter gets dumped at the bar Sage manages. They immediately find common interests, including exploring what love really means. But they have very different ways of going about solving problems.

Add in the extended family that is known as the people of Good Hope, and the crazy quirks of the hero’s and heroine’s real families…and you have a fun story about relationship ups and downs. Plus, the usual many, town-of-Good Hope activities and parties and breakfast with friends after church—which always makes me feel like I’ve come home.

Gladys is hoping to work her magic, but this time in a stand-offish, deputize-someone-else, kind of way. This couple really has to work for their happily-ever-after, as they discover things about the other and about themselves. So come back to visit Good Hope and enjoy the story, which has some interesting surprises about other town members, and a unique way to hint about what may happen next in Good Hope!

Scientist Dexter Woodard knows everything about numbers and nothing about relationships. When he’s dumped by his girlfriend, he decides to research love. Sage McConnell has just arrived in Good Hope. Working in the service industry, she’s an expert on people. With Dexter, however, something doesn’t add up. Dexter is smart, sexy, and available, yet he holds back. Sage agrees to help Dexter with his study. But, as their research advances, so do their feelings. Are Sage and Dexter actually falling in love? Or is their experiment about to explode?
This is another contemporary romance by one of the greatest authors of the genre. And reading about Good Hope is like visiting old friends. In fact, as I was reading this installment, I was wondering about all of the wonderful characters from the earlier books. Good Hope is so well described, it’s a character by itself. And I believe that you should read this book because the characters and the setting will make you believe that true love is possible, and the story will lighten your heart and put a smile on your face.

After being unexpectedly dumped, Dexter decides to analyze what makes a couple fall in love. He enlists Sage, who is his opposite in many ways. They examine the famous relationship questions (found in most of the previous books) and how they helpled different couples living in Good Hope. It was fun seeing some of the people from the past books, and it was interesting seeing Dexter and Sage learn about each other and become friends. They were not my favorite Good Hope couple, but it was a fun and romantic book.

I think it would work ok as a stand alone, but I also think it'd be more fun to read the other books first.

I was provided with an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This is the story of Sage and Dexter. Another amazing book in the Good Hope series.

Sage is new to Good Hope. She is still learning all there is to know about the dynamics in Good Hope.

Dexter was born and raised in Good Hope but left for college. He only returned due to his mother’s health problems. Dexter has been with women in relationships but questioned what is love? How does love last and how do people fall in love?

Sage and Dexter are neighbors and meet at Sage’s job at the bar. Dexter is very intelligent and loves experimenting. He comes up with a great idea to do an experiment to find the answers to his questions about love. Sage will be his assistant in the experiment.

Without giving too much away, the experiment proves to go very well and eye opening to these two.

I really enjoyed reading the story of Sage and Dexter. Good Hope is one of my favorite series and I love how the stories of other characters continue in the new books.

Let me start off by saying, I love the Good Hope series and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. That being said, I struggled to connect with all the characters in this book. Dexter is a data scientist, introverted and analytical. He grew up an only child and has always struggled to connect with his dad. Sage has 4 siblings and thrives on people and social situations. After Dexter's relationship with Evie ends abruptly, he decides to research love with the help of Sage and Gladys' famous relationship cards. As an introvert married to a social butterfly I was excited to read this story. However, Dexter came across as more socially inept, almost Asperger's like than introverted. Sage didn't feel connected with the other characters. I felt like she was a co-worker and not a friend character. Evie just seemed shallow and flighty. Lastly, I felt like we were given background into Dexter's relationship with his parents; saw his current relationship with them, but then no closure as to how things turned out.

Sage McConnell has moved to Good Hope to work at the Ding a ling. Wyatt and Trinity have convinced their sibling to move to Good Hope. Sage loves her family and is happy to be close to them, but she is not sure about staying in one place. Sage loves doing things her way. Sage has been in relationships before, but in real love, probably not. Sage was adopted and had a hard life before living with the McConnell's she tends to spend a lot of time waiting for the other shoe to drop or leaving before it can.
While Sage is working the bar one night Dexter Woodard comes in for a drink. Sage thinks Dexter is cute and nice, but definitely not like the other people at the bar. Sage is out going, loves people, trying new things and being spontaneous. This would be the exact opposite of Dexter.
Dexter grew up in Good Hope, but left. He is back now to help his mom and try to avoid his father. Dexter loves his job and research. People and love don't fall into neat boxes and that bothers Dexter's scientific mind.
Dexter was dating Evie. It wasn't love and he knew it wasn't going anywhere, but he just doesn't understand why she dumped him. Dexter decides he needs to research and learn more about love. He hypothesizes that if he can learn everything about how people become more intimate. He found a study with intimacy questions and he is sure if he asks some of the happiest couples in Good Hope these questions he will better understand love.
With the help of Sage Dexter sets off on his quest. So many of our favorite couple (old and new) show up. Both Sage and Dexter really find out more about themselves then maybe just love over the course of their time together. Of course our favorite relationship cards and Gladys are front and center and add so much fun to their story.
This story has it's up and downs, but it's a great and fun read. This was a wonderful book to pick up for a light read after the holidays.

“This Thing Called Love in Good Hope” was an enjoyable, sweet romance. I love the sense of family and connection that the people of Good Hope have.

Sage McConnell is new to Good Hope and is the Manager of the Ding-A-Ling Bar. Dexter Woodward, who is a brilliant scientist, talks with Sage at the bar following the breakup of his latest girlfriend. Dexter is convinced that he cannot fall in love. Since he is adept at gathering data for research, he decides to gather data about love and he believes Gladys Bertholf’s relationship cards can help with his research. We know Gladys as the town’s matchmaker who has already brought together many couples in Good Hope.

Dexter asks Sage to help with his study. Since Dexter is an introvert and somewhat socially awkward, he feels that Sage, who is great with people, can help in his research as he meets with other couples who have found love. Dexter and Sage interview a few couples and they find that the more time they spend together, they develop feelings for each other.

It was so much fun visiting with the couples from Good Hope and hearing their relationship stories as Sage and Dexter interview them. We are reminded of how important communication is for a couple as well as compromise. Fortunately, Sage and Dexter learn a lot about themselves and used that knowledge to not give up on each other. This was such a heartwarming book. I highly recommend if you enjoy a feel-good story with a happily ever after.

The start of a New Year brings in a new book in the Good Hope series. This book focuses on two characters; Dexter Woodard and Sage McConnell. Dexter is a long-term resident of Good Hope who is a scientist that deals with numbers to come up with answers and Sage is new to the area as she has extended family members that live in the town. s
Sage has been hired to be a manager of the popular Ding-A-Ling Bar and meets Dexter soon after she starts her new job. This is an evening in which Dexter has just been dumped by his girlfriend and has no understanding of why. Sage, being the people person as she is, is very good about listening to Dexter and truly is attracted to him.
Dexter is wanting to find out about love and how it works with falling in love and decides to research the many couples of Good Hope who were brought together using the “relationship” cards. He asks Sage to assist him with the research which she takes him up on as she wants nothing but to get to know him better. As the interviews continue and different town activities take place, it allows Sage and Dexter to spend quality time together. But something is keeping Dexter from totally letting loose with his feelings and emotions when it comes to Sage. She does find that they are complete opposites when it comes to her being an “extrovert” and Dexter being opposite with having the occasional high anxiety issues with being around people in loud environments.
With the research, will it allow Dexter to realize there is hope for him to find true love and maybe with Sage. Will Sage have the patience with Dexter to allow him to understand that a future with each other will work. Read and enjoy as the saga of another Good Hope couple takes place.

Another beautifully written story by the amazing author Cindy Kirk. This is the 19th book of the Good Hope series, just like the others, this is a fabulous read.

Sage McConnell is new to good hope. Sage is single & works as a mixologist at the Ding A Ling, She us an extrovert & loves talking to people.

Dexter is an introvert with a passion for numbers & data. He is single after just being dumped by his girlfriend Evie as she felt he was boring. He cannot understand why this has happened? Dexter needs answers as to why he can’t find love. As with all areas of his life, Dexter feels that in order to gain such knowledge he must gather relative data to analyse.

At the Ding A Ling Dexter gets chatting to Sage. Unlike most others, Dexter finds it easy to talk to Sage. She agrees to help him on his quest to find out about love. They begin their quest by trying to get their hands on the "relationship cards" that have been given to every prospective couple by the "matchmakers" - Gladys, Katherine and Ruby. Gladys suggests that they interview 3 couples that were matched by the “Matchmakers”. Based on data from interviews with 3 couples, their observations of the couples & personally answering the “relationship cards” what will they discover about love?

I love the Good Hope series & this book is no exception. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did. I cannot wait until the next book in the Good Hope series.

This Thing Called Love in Good Hope is the 19th book in the Good Hope Series by Cindy Kirk. It can be read as a stand-alone novel or the next in the Good Hope series.
I love returning to Good Hope to see who we are going to be introduced to next. It’s like being welcomed back into family & this book is now exception.
This time round the main characters are Safe McConnell & Dexter Woodard. Sage has family in Good Hope – Trinity & Wyatt whom we have met previously. She has recently moved to Good Hope & is a mixologist that is working at the Ding A Ling bar. Dexter meets Sage at the Ding A Ling after being dumped by his girlfriend Evie earlier in the night.
What follows is a story of opposites attract. Sage is a social butterfly & Dexter is an introvert. Can such a couple work? As a scientist, Dexter has decided that he wants to learn what makes people fall in love. Using 36 questions from relationship experts about love & Gladys’s relationship cards, Dexter questions existing couples in Good Hope about their love lives.
Throughout the course of the book, Sage starts to fall for Dexter after agreeing to help him with his research. Dexter falls for Sage too but takes longer to discover this on his own.
Will they both get their HEA? Read the book to find out. Ms Kirk doesn’t disappoint & I look forward to seeing who will feature in her next Good Hope book should another be written.

A fun, new spin to a storyline!

This us Dexter's and Sage's story.

Sage is a newcomer to Good Hope but not to the storyline. She's a McConnell, Wyatt's and Trinity's sister. She's also a mixologist and has come to work for Ethan at the Ding-a-Ling!!

Dexter is a character we've met before. Now he gets his story. He's an introvert. And a scientist. And when he gets dumped by Evie he's confused about the whole love thing.

So he decided to conduct a study of this thing called love to see if he can come up with a solid conclusion. And hence the name of the book.

And who does he get to help him but Sage. She's someone that he seems to be able to talk to. He also asks Gladys for the relationship cards that've been floating around. All to help him make a proper assessment of this thing called love.

What follows is a fun and comedic and even in-depth look into what brought each of the couples together. Dexter and Sage interview each couple, find out how the cards helped them, what questions were asked, and how it helped to develop thier relationship.

It's a cute story. Done in a fun and unique way. I enjoyed this different spin of a storyline. I always enjoy finding an author who can take a story idea and add a fun, new spin to it to make it work. And make it work well. Well done. Definitely worth reading.

I have been enjoying the fictional world of Good Hope for years with it's continued theme for love of family, food, friends and community with one another - and on that front this book does not disappoint and I HIGHLY recommend the series and all books to any reader.

With that being said, I struggled to connect with the main characters in this book. Dexter came across as more Asperger's Autistic then the intended introvert (like Len), the Sage character came across like Ted or any of the other co-worker/secondary characters, and poor Evie just seemed shallow and flighty which was not protrayed in prior books. Lastly, I felt like we were given background into Dexter's relationship with his parents and saw his current relationship with them, but were just left to accept all was "fixed" by Evie and Dex's relationship b/c she "get's him". I enjoyed catching up with all the past characters but felt like this book was a "transition" book preparing to lead Characters (and readers) in different direction. Although it can be read as a stand-alone, I feel like a Newbie to GoodHope might find struggle with feeling connection to the book as there is so much back-story for all the characters.

This is a place I love. Cindy Kirk has made Good Hope feel like home. Her characters could be my friends. I love hearing about new and old characters as well as their journey to a life of love. This book is no different. It is a little departure from the norm as both lead characters have either just moved there or just moved back. They are both wading through the Good Hope community and learning how to live there.

Sage McConnell has relocated to Good Hope to be closer to her sister, Trinity, and brother, Wyatt. She is the new manager of the Ding-A-Ling Bar and a certified mixologist. Sage is a real people person and thrives on interacting with people in the community. Dexter Woodard is back in Good Hope to help his mother. He is a mathematical analyst and has a tenuous relationship with his father.

Dexter hears about Gladys’ relationship cards and decides to form an analysis of falling in love. He has his own set of questions and asks Sage to help him gather data because she is better at talking to people. The two grow closer as they gather data but are they too different to be together? Will their differences be a hindrance?

This heart warming story will make readers understand that sometimes opposites attract and complement each other.

Ever since I stumbled upon this series years ago I have always enjoyed the fictional world of Good hope its love of family food friends and community with one another. Such is the theme of this series and it continues with this storyline. We have met Dexter loosely in several of the other books and now he get his HEA just not with the young lady we have come to know him with. We find out Dexter is a scientist and is a numbers guy. He finds himself dumped by Evie when she complains he is no fun and there is no future together. Dexter is rattled by this dumping because he assume him and Evie was having fun. Sage McConnell is new to the community but not alone since she has had a few of her siblings moved there previously. Dexter and Sage find themselves becoming fast friends when Dexter decides to run a study about love, attraction and fate and ask Sage to be his assistant with talking to couples of Good hope. As they get to know each other they both begin to realize this could be more than a friendship. We get to catch up on some past couples and we also get a wedding of the last book #19 couple Natalia Costa &Luther Gannon.

Scientific, introverted Dexter walks into the bar that extroverted Sage McConnell is bartending and asks her why can't he find love after his latest girlfriend, Evie, breaks up with him. He feels that there must be data to analyze, stories to be heard and cards to answer to get the answer. Sage agrees to help him and they are able to get their hands on the "relationship cards" that have been given to every prospective couple by the "matchmakers" - Gladys, Katherine and Ruby. They answer the cards as well as interview couples that have been matched in earlier books. Dex and Sage try to figure out what love is based on their interviews, observations of other couples and the cards. Gladys suggests that they interview 3 couples and each couple offers insight into what love means to them. Dex and Sage at the end decipher what love is and how to love each other.

It is great to be back in Good Hope and reading about familiar people. The relationship cards have taken on a character into itself and it is great to see how they help this couple. It is a great, interwoven community with interesting festivals and families.

Can love be found in data points?
If anyone could prove the answer to that question is yes, it’s Dexter Woodard! At least he starts out believing that he can find it through research. He’s armed with 36 questions, but now he needs to find couples who are truly in love to test his theory. Good Hope definitely has a large supply of those available so it should be easy, right? Ummm…not so much! Especially when he engages the help of Sage McConnell. By rights, Sage should not be a good match for him as she is his complete opposite: outgoing and gregarious to his introverted (to a fault) and “homebody”. With the help of Gladys and her crew, Sage and Dexter find that there is more to falling in love (and staying in love) than checking off a list of data points. Open communication (both talking and listening) is a big key to the “staying in love” part; and loving your partner for who they are and letting them be who they are clinches the deal. I guarantee you will love getting to know Sage and Dexter as they get to know each other through interviewing some of the well respected couples in Good Hope! Sit back and enjoy!!

Enjoyable Read!

I received an advanced copy and am reviewing this book voluntarily.

Welcome to Good Hope!
Sage McConnell is new in town and has become the manager of the Ding a Ling. One night while working, a nerdy looking man with glasses walks in with confusion written all over his face.
Dexter Woodard had just been dumped by his girlfriend, but was she really his girlfriend or something else, he's really not sure. While sitting at the bar he meets Sage and opens up about not understanding love and having a relationship.
Dexter decides to begin a research project to better understand how and why people fall in love and stay in a relationship. He asks Sage to help him talk to other couples in Good Hope that have used the all dreaded relationship cards that Gladys believes will bring couples together.
Will spending time together create the next couple in love in Good Hope or will Dexter realize that because of his social awkwardness he will never be able to have someone like Sage in his life?
Enjoy reading This Thing Called Love in Good Hope I know I did!
Happy Reading!

In this latest installment in the Good Hope series, Ms. Kirk brings us the story of Dexter and Sage. Dexter is an analytical resident who comes from a dysfunctional family and struggles to make a love connection. Sage is a new to town social butterfly and agrees to help Dexter with his research project on what causes people to fall in love. Along the way, the two find themselves fast friends, and even friends with benefits. Both of them feel their attraction to the other growing stronger but are tepid about coming clean. With a little push from everyone's favorite match maker, things may just work out for these two unlikely couple.

As is typical with the Good Hope series, one does not need to start at the beginning to feel like you belong in the town. But for those who have followed the series since book one, this latest addition brings back much loved characters from previous novels. This Thing Called Love in Good Hope is a story of opposites attract, that brings in bits of humor, faith, and community - a great read for anyone looking to bring a little sunshine to their winter.

Sage McConnell moved to Good Hope when she was hired as the manager of the Ding-A-Ling. She met Dexter Woodard the evening his girlfriend Evie breaks up with him. They see each other again at Ethan’s party and have an enjoyable conversation. Seeing all the couples at the party it gets Dexter wondering about love. He starts to research it and finds a 36 question report. He has also heard about the infamous relationship cards and asks Gladys if he can borrow them to compare them to the report. Gladys tells him no, but Katherine and Ruby give them to him. Sage and Dexter team up for Dexter’s research and decide to answer the questions as well. Gladys decides to help Dexter with his research and gives him the names of five couples to interview. Since it is taking time to get together with the five couples Sage and Dexter start to see each other casually.

Will answering the 36 questions and the 3 relationship card questions bring Sage and Dexter together?

A welcome return to Good Hope and catching up with old friends, This Thing Called Love in Good Hope was like coming home. I love these characters and I love Good Hope. We've met Dexter in other books but this time we get to read his and Sage's story. Sage is the sister of Trinity and Wyatt who has moved to Good Hope and is working at the Ding A Ling bar. From the outside, Dexter and Sage are very different but there is something that draws them together. The scenes with Gladys and her crew were just wonderful although I'm not sure Dexter knew what to think. The relationship cards make another appearance as Dexter tries to use science and data to explain love! Will Dexter realise it's not about the data but rather the woman in front of him? Will Sage give Dexter another chance?

I always love going back to Good Hope and the caring vibe of the town and its people. I struggled a little in this one as Dexter stayed stilted and I didn't see that in the other stories about him. I would have liked to see more closure or connection between him and his father. Maybe even his mom stepping in and helping them understand each other and why she loved him. The description of him and what he gave up in his education sounded like he was mad about that and putting the anger on Dexter.

I never saw Evie as flighty as she appears in this book either.

I appreciated the compromises that came about between an introvert and an extrovert. I am an introvert and totally connected to the social hangover.

Connecting again with Anita who was so prominent at the beginning of the series and learn about her relationship with Len in this context was powerful!! I don’t know what the town will do without Gladys, Katherine and Ruby. They each have fun roles as the matchmakers!

This is book 20 in the Good Hope series and I have enjoyed each one and love returning to Good Hope.

It's Autumn and there is loads going on and Sage McConnell is new in town and enjoying everything the town has to offer.. Dexter however is confused by all that happening. An introvert at heart, he has just split up with someone and doesn't understand love so sets out to try and understand it in his own analytical way. He enlists his neighbour, Sage in his quest and she is happy to help.

This is definitely a case of opposites attract as they navigate their way through relationship cards, love surveys and happy couples in Good Hope.

Enjoy returning to this great community of friends and families, parties and weddings and fun!

If you haven't read the other 19 books you are missing out, happy reading xx

Back to where we all want to live, Good Hope. Sage, new to town but related to several residents, is a “mixologist” at the Ding-A-Ling. In walks a good looking man who was just dumped by his girlfriend. Dexter spills his troubles to Sage, and then continues to run into her. As a scientist, he is interested in figuring out what makes people fall in love. He finds a research paper with questions to ask your love interest, and then hears about Gladys’s “relationship cards”. Oddly enough, Gladys doesn’t want to share them with him. He does acquire them and interviews couples who have used them along with Sage. Of course they become attracted to each other but it is very slow to grow.

Good Hope is a great little town and there is always a happy ending. I found the to be a very enjoyable read and would recommend that you don’t miss it.

Interesting

-Review may contain spoilers-

This book was a slower start compared with the other good hope books. Once everything started happening though I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Dexter wanting to do an analysis on love was interesting. Seeing how Sage tried to fit in with the people of good hope at first was like watching someone trying to what felt right. For example the karaoke... it was mentioned that Oaklee was good at getting people to join and then how Sage was trying to do the same and she has a good voice. Felt a little bit like the character was meant to fill in. I do love how Sage sees things that Dexter doesn't and Dexter isn't afraid to ask questions. Overall a great book!

Such a cute story. Cindy Kirk did it again. This is book 19 in the series Good Hope. You do not have to read them in order but honestly you should read them all as they are amazing.
This book is the story of Dexter and Sage. Dexter is an introvert who also happens to be a scientist and decides to research love. Sage is an extrovert who siblings live in Good Hope. She's an expert on people. So naturally they are paired up to research love. Will they fall in love while researching about love or will it in in heartbreak? The characters really drew me in and I love watching everything unfold. I also love the small town romance and how we get to revisit favorites from previous books and get a slight update on how they are doing. All in all if you haven't read Cindy Kirk you are missing out!

The research of LOVE!

The research of LOVE! This is about Dexter and Sage. The story starts off a bit sad; he was just dumped because he doesn’t know what LOVE is! Or at least he thinks he is not lovable. This is another of Cindy’s great stories. Good Hope is an awesome place to live – if I could drive there tomorrow, I would 😊. Gladys has a way of connecting couples and she has done a great job with each of them, but here Dexter is determined to find out if answering just three questions from a deck of cards is all it takes and well, he also realizes that there a study about the same with 36 questions. I love that another couple was also talked to, which led them to a future wedding but poor Liam, I know his story is coming up, and I hope he gets everything he wants and deserves because he was going to ask Sage out but never did.

My first thought was Dexter and Sage's story was going to be a tale of opposites attract. It was, and it wasn't.

I thought the opposites attract issue was in the sense that Sage was an extrovert and Dexter was an introvert. It seemed like it wasn't to me because they were so in tune to one another there were times when they were able to finish each others sentences.

The hiccups in their relationship had more to do with their individual insecurities than a lack of compatibility. I enjoyed the way the dialogue conveyed Dexter's discomfort as well as Sage's ability to bring him comfort or soothe his frazzled nerves. I also felt like Dexter provided Sage with her own sense of peace and contentment.

I like that we get to revisit the people living in Good Hope and are able to get updates on them with each book. I was surprised that Evie came across as being somewhat arrogant when discussing Dexter. I felt for Liam because Sage wasn't feeling him at all.

A sweet, small town, feel good romance. I think this would be a good read if you have just finished a book with heavy subject matter. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. I am also wondering when there will be an update on Oakley.

I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Welcome back to Good Hope! Dexter is a genius numbers guy & socially awkward. Sage is a mixologist & manager at the Ding-A-Ling & can talk to anyone. They meet on the same night that Dexter gets dumped by his girlfriend. Being dumped has Dexter wondering what makes two people fall in love. Of course, he wants to analyze “data” to figure this out, but Gladys and her matchmaking friends know there are other ways for two people to fall in love. A little help from them doesn’t hurt either!

Coming back to Good Hope never disappoints. I received an Advanced Reader Copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it for the author.

It's always fun to visit Good Hope and I enjoyed Dexter and Sage. I'm finding myself especially interested in stories where one of the main characters is just a little different, and Dexter fits that description. He's brilliant, but socially awkward. He can't figure out what love really is and decides to research this. He meets Sage, who offers to help. This takes them on a path to friendship and then to love, with our friends helping along the way. I love when a book makes me smile and laugh, and leaves me with a very satisfied feeling at the end. This story does all that and leaves me looking forward to the next one in this series.
