Is Life a Random Walk?

Rate this book
Is life just a random walk? Some analysts think so about the stock markets. Perhaps this bias is a spillover from their take on life. Who knows?
Others, myself among them, say life follows a natural order. It is predictable. While history may not repeat in an exact pattern as to place or time, the present often is a rhyme to past events. What do you think?
Great skeptics and doubters often go farthest on the path to God. Someone may ask, "Is there hope for me? I don't buy this God stuff." No problem, take your time, for all seekers must proceed at their own pace.
But one truth I can give you is the word HU, and the spiritual exercises to find God. Yet the success of these depends upon you. Can you spend a few minutes a day to open your heart to the Holy Spirit? To do the spiritual exercises with love and passion? To give your whole mind and heart to such a self-discipline for a few moments?
If the reply is yes, you are bound to make progress in your quest for the secret laws of life. Today's mysteries will no longer be mysteries tomorrow.
If you have a strong desire to find a better, more direct way to God, read this uplifting booklet. The truth you seek may be at your fingertips.

I do not believe in organized religion because of all the politics and hypocrisy involved. That being said, I came across a few of Klemp's books on a recent research trip to New Orleans. They intrigued me, but I waited until after the trip to read them. Post-reading, I was moved by a spiritual warmth. I felt as if someone or something had washed over me, taking a blindfold from my eyes, and letting me see for the first time. I admit some of the material seems...a little...what is the word?...I don't know...but that aside, it still resonated with me deeply. I am on my own spiritual journey and really hate it when some religious individual tries to convert me to their religion, or tell me that my spiritual path I am on is wrong, because it isn't the one they are following. The great thing about this faith is that they are inclusive of all people, or so it appears. For me, that is what I need...a community of love, acceptance, and understanding. Lastly, I do not think this book has anything to do with science, nor does it claim to be. Faith is something you feel or you do not, how can you prove that?

I got this little pocket book from Nicole Sebastian...the author of the Dream Team and the Trust Yourself books. Love her and love her philosophy on life. Her outlook and techniques have helped me through many life obstacles, as well as introduced me to the “Hu” and Eckankar, where Harold Klemp comes into play!

If I were to criticize or illustrate the loopholes in this way of spiritual jargon, the commentary would go on for hundreds of pages, This book is for fanatics, no proof either in science or in spirituality. This book is all but rubbishes.
