I dnf'd it after 20 episodes so maybe it gets better after that but from what i read, this was hmmm not good. The heroine is supposed to be in her twenties but she acts like a child and because of that it's very unconfortable to watch her interact with the guy (feels like he's taking advantage of her). Also, it doesn't help that the guy is an asshole and seems like he will take advantage of her.
I like this story surprisingly because it has cliche plot, but the characters and their back story is what keeps me interested to the future of this story. I am kinda dissapointed that there is no other website to read other than webtoon. Does anybody know about the current status of this book? is it completed? i am hooked, and if there is a website where i can read ahead chapter 51 please tell me.
Two star rating. DNF this webcomic. I lost interest and didn't like how it was turning out. First of all, young editor and older author. Kind of hard to get past but I was managing.
It took forever for the plot to actually get somewhere And last few updates I just haven't been bothered to read.
If you’re looking for a light hearted romance, this is probably your jam.
This story is pretty cheesy to say the least. It’s your typical shy girl falls for edgy, mysterious boy. Full of cringey cheesy moments, yet I still read it. I’m interested to see how this story develops and if it gains slightly more substance than it has now. I feel 3 stars is where is webtoon is at, its not horrible by any means but I’m not eagerly anticipating each weekly episode either.

It’s a little early on to judge it, so that’s why I gave it only 3 stars. I’ll come back and adjust my rating once we get more of the story. I’m hoping for a strong female lead but that may not be the case. Only time will tell.
This is probably one of more toxic comics I've read in recent memory. The main female character lives only to pine over the male lead. Every single plot line goes back to how she can best help him actualize himself and get past his grief (this is like a 'how to' guide for manic pixie dream girl characterization). The male lead in return feels both possessive and dismissive of her, and that fluctuates depending on his mood. There's a second male lead who isn't as toxic, but of course, everyone thinks he's milk toast and ignores him. The boss is a shipper of the two main characters and creates problematic situations that make me wonder where the HR department is in the building. Even the main male character's father acts super inappropriately towards the female lead, but it's okay, because we learn it was really in service of getting them together.
In short, it's super problematic for a modern audience.
I have mixed feelings with this read, it was not what I was expecting but it didn't surprise me either. Now, it would be unfair to say it was bad, because is not, it just that it didn't suit my taste. Maybe it was not my type of webtoon.
Now there is a lot to unpack on this thing, but I will not doing it because I don't want this review be too long, I'll just said that this is a very complex romantic story where there are points of view that I agree with and others not too much. Another thing that I found annoying that almost made me quit reading it was its pace. I felt that the pace fell down in the middle of the story, and made me feel like that it was not advancing at all. Thankfully after keep going, the story move on. About the end, it was a "Meh" for me, didn't hate it but didn't love it either.
Some positive points: -The artwork -the side backstories (I think those were more interesting that the actual story)
While this is billed as a romance, it reads more as a slice of life/ workplace drama. The story revolves around a naive young women just starting off as an editor and one of her first writers — a gifted author on a destructive downward spiral. While there is plenty of romance and heartache this isn't your typical bad boy saved by sweet caring young woman. This is more bad boy saved by editor who pushes him to find redemption through his writing. If I didn't have a wonderful editor myself, who improves my novels three or four times over, I would start to think there's a cabal of editors rewriting stories to make themselves look good (this isn't the first time I've come across this trope). In the end both main characters become better people through their work and for whatever reason I found that more satisfying that the usual cliched romance.
I really enjoyed it. I read it when it came out weekly on webttons and I loved every second!
The comments people had as it was going on We're dumb and it's obviously were the story is going.
It is a little basic and like you know where it go. But Idk the characters and people were interesting and made me want to read more. Especially the first 20 chps I was like WOW.
It's not bad after I don't want to leave that impression lol.
Also it's not a fairytale end were it's 10 years later and everything is happy but it was one that was like yes. This is a good place to end it. Like they will work it out over time.
Also the art is nice and the story isn't bad. Some people here are reaching and wanting to be negative. I've read tons of webtoons and most are terrible. This one I think is worth the read. It's not to long id say give it a try for yourself.
I wasn't a fan of the love story. The romance seemed off between the female lead and the two male leads. Frankly the female lead showed more chemistry with her books.
The story twists between the male leads' former love and the female lead in strange ways that frankly make me uncomfy. They were friends? The former flame had an incurable disease and she unalived herself?
I still feel lost. There was enough drama without these twists I guess, and it would have been more satisfying for me to see the female lead walk away from any relationship and become more confident in herself and succeed.

I like it because of its artwork and cuteness, although focusing much on the love triangle is a bit cliche. There are many rooms for character improvements, which is why I'm still interested in reading it. The personalities of the characters are very distinct, and I love their consistencies. I'm rooting for Hiro, btw! HAHA :D
Probably one of my favorite webtoons that I currently follow. It has the will they wont they trope but utilizes it to develop the main character from a inexperienced bookworm to a mature editor that can handle anything that's thrown at her.
This was my first webtoon! And it’s just released the finale and since it’s got so much content I’m counting it as read on my goodreads! It’s a cliche love triangle story, but the art and background characters are charming!
Kano becomes the editor of prolific author Saku Kagaya. She falls for him, but he won't return her feelings due to his previous relationship that ended in tragedy.
